“I’ve been going to Pup Country/Happy Trims for a little over a year and never leave unsatisfied. They treat my baby so well! He gets anxious with grooming appointments but they’re so patient here. They call me with updates and my shih tzu always leaves smelling good and a perfect clean cut. They’re very flexible here as well, I accidentally brought my dog in for his appointment a week early, they said it’s okay and still took him in!! ? My dog also does better with male groomers, one day they called and said he was having a hard time so they switched him to the male groomer and he did much better. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these kind groomers!!!!!! Thanks Happy Trims!!”
“JR is the best! I’ve been taking my rescue dogs here for over 10 years and he has always done an excellent job! I had a miniature poodle in which the cut was perfect! Now I have a Maltipoo that he cuts with the teddy bear shape on the face and people always compliments my dog’s cut! Highly recommend!”

“This lady is amazing a bought a bird from her and she is the sweetest most honest person. She showed me how to treat my bird and she taught me how to take care of him. She also is so honest she could have taken my money and I would have no money and no bird she takes her time with the birds she teaches you how to trim their nails and makes their beaks and makes them shiny and not sharp. She is a natural and you can tell how much the birds love her. I am so glad I met her. She helps when you call. She eases your mind when it comes to the birds and she’s just a wonderful human being. I’m so glad I met her and I hope that her and I will stay in contact and stay friends, and I am wanting to buy another bird so that way my bird can have a companion and she even told me this is how you can tell. She’s such a good person because I asked her if my bird would need a companion anybody else would have said yes they need a companion just so I could buy another bird from her. No, she didn’t do that. She told me that if you’re home all the time with the birds and they can spend time with you and you can spend time with them that they don’t need a companion, but she also said that if you don’t spend a lot of time at home, then your bird would be better off with the companion. She’s a wonderful person and I hope her and I stay friends for a long time I’m even gonna invite her to my housewarming party because I just bought a brand new house. That’s what a lovely person she is.”

We were torn between three different brands. I had my puppy on Orijen, and he absolutely adores it. However, I was unsure whether I should switch to the same brand for my Australian Shepherd or consider another option like Acana and Wellness Core Plus. I had approached a worker named Denise for help. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the dog food options between these three brands. She recommended Orijen and Acana for my dog. I had already been impressed by Orijen’s clean ingredients and their positive impact on my puppy’s fur and skin. We decided to go with Orijen. However, I had another question regarding her recommendation for my two-year-old Australian Shepherd. We flipped the bags she had shown me, and she explained the difference between Orijen’s Amazing Grains and grain-free options. She made a valid point, emphasizing that certain grains are not inherently harmful, and I wholeheartedly agreed. Ultimately, we chose Orijen’s Amazing Grains.I truly appreciate the time Denise dedicated to assisting my boyfriend and me. Her efforts were truly remarkable. I always value this level of customer service.”
