“I got to this dealership 20mins earlier than my appointment and they still took me in. Also told them to check before and after the oil change for any leaks because the other dealership told me that there was a leak observed, but only informed me 4 days after the service was done. What do you know...no oil leaks! And I was going to be charged for a $200 diagnostic service (not including possible repairs) at the other dealership!”
“Had an appointment at 3:30pm for oil/filter change, rotate/balance tires and it took over 2hrs. Not as happy as the last 3rd mess I had service done they were much more prompt but maybe they were just busier. They did keep me informed at least and checked on me while I waited. I will continue to use them unless it gets worse.”

I don’t know what happened with these negative reviews because I’ve never experienced any negative talk, or rude folks; everyone I’ve ever met there has been very nice and walked me through what was going on and what my options were. They take the time to explain it and that makes a big difference to someone who doesn’t know a bunch about cars (but always leaves knowing a little more!)”
