“I have used this pharmacy for my cystic fibrosis medications for many years. They work hard to make sure I get meds on time. If there is an issue with insurance or needing to contact the Dr office they let me know right away. I recently had issues with insurance saying I needed to change pharmacies. Long story short, I tried the new pharmacy had delays upon delays and wouldn't bill insurances properly. The result was going without meds for a month. Contacted Maxor after that fiasco and they helped me investigate. I was able to go back to using them under specialty pharmacy rules, and they got my medication to me quickly. They worked really hard to get things going the way it needed too. It is also great that I can speak to a human in any department, instead of an automated system.”
“To me United is lot better than Walmart or HEB but I only shop at HEB once which it didn't impress me plus United still have pretty much all their cashier's they are the best.”

“My doctor prescribed a pain medication on a Friday. This particular medication had to be mixed. The pharmacy was extremely busy but the pharmacist made sure I had the medication by the end of the day so I had it for the weekend. I know they made a special effort because they originally told me it would not be ready until Monday. When a pharmacy goes out of their way to get a prescription ready, that tells me this is a great team and I will definitely use them again.”

They have fresh tortillas flour, corn & wheat. There's aguas frescas. A taqueria inside & a meat market (fajita meat!). Their produce is fresh all around with awesome in-store deals.”

“I had to make a grocery run after midnight and was so pleasantly surprised at the helpful and good mood of staff at that hour. There were a few shady characters walking around the store just texting and not shopping and almost just walking in circles, not sure if they were homeless or needed just a place to be, but they weren’t a bother to anyone it didn’t seem like. I had a great experience.”
“During hard times like funerals buying flowers is not an easy thing to do. The last thing you want to have happen is have the flower shop gouge you. I searched online several flower shops in the area and they all seemed pretty high priced for what you got. The funeral director told me about Market Street and said they get a lot of flowers from there and they are always very nice so I called. I am so glad I did. The saleswoman was so sweet. I needed something but didn't really know exactly what and told her to make it BIG and beautiful and above all "Classy" because my best friends mom was just that. A classy woman! She even helped me with the card. I started it and she helped me make it absolutely perfect. I am so grateful for her on that day when it was so hard. She made it a special occasion during a very hard time. My friend sent me a thank you that said it took up the whole of one wall and was "BREATHTAKING". I am sure from looking at photos online that Market Street did this for 10%-20% what other florists in the area would have charged me. Not only that, but she was so patient and caring with me. I wanted to personally thank her.”

She couldn't do the cake we wanted due to needing at least a month to order what she needed to accommodate. Understandable, since it was short notice. The job she did was beyond what we had imagined. The cake came out gorgeous!! Thank you so much!”
“I had trouble with a pop tire I was able to drive it in, but unfortunately lost my wheel lock and could not get it off until Kevin here had a special tool and he was able to take the wheel off saving me hundreds of dollars between towing and then having it installed at another shop I really appreciate what he did and the work that they do here Thank you so much Kevin I appreciate you!”

“So I had to return a product and decided to do a email receipt and not paper. I couldn’t find the email receipt. So Ashley and Val at the register were very friendly and patient with me. It took almost 30 minutes cause I couldn’t find the receipt. So after everything they still smiled and told me to have a great day. I would come back to this Walgreens again. But hopefully not for a return. Get paper receipt it makes everything a lot easier.”

“This location has the absolute best grocery pick-up team in the whole region. I've used several locations for massive orders to supply free cooking and nutrition classes for the community. Few have been successful. Justin and his team go above and beyond to ensure that the products are fresh and the orders are fulfilled even if that means running to several other locations to do so. In one instance, Justin hand delivered a few items to a class location across town after shift when he realized they were missed at pickup. Absolutely saved the day. Talk about top-notch customer service. His has been unmatched.
If you are trying to take some stress off your plate and want things done correctly with care, I highly recommend using this location at 4th and Milwaukee.”

“They were so patient with me as I was with them and this time I must brag in all honesty they were absolutely awesome. I had to have my prescription delivered to me this time again. And omgoodness I got them in two days what a relief. And they came straight to me without any delays. I missing one though I must call it in unless I got them mixed up. “I went here after my doctors appointment to pick up some antibiotics. The staff was so attentive and helpful. The technician Karlie checked on the status of my medication without me asking and went above and beyond to apply some coupon onto my prescription and saved me $20. I appreciated her efforts so much I chose to transfer all my prescriptions to this pharmacy now. The customer service was like nothing you will experience at a chain store. Karlie was super helpful and actually knew what was going on unlike some technicians I have dealt with in the past.”
