She helped me a lot more than she had to, she easily could've done the bare minimum and sent me on my way, but she was genuinely helpful which is not what I expect out of home depot tbh. “I came into the store on Wednesday July 16,2025. I needed some plexiglass and Isaiah was a great help and directed me to go to the desk up front, once I got there Blane helped me. His respect for my needs was rare and I appreciate how he took the time to walk to the area and help me in my search. I didn't get to meet the store Manager, but I can tell by the everyone helps he is a great leader. Blane appreciates and respects him alot. I'm not a person who is easy to satisfy, but I saw Black excellence in the works. Thank Blane and the management team at Lowe's. I'm a home builder and I sent over $100,000 last year at Homedepot, but I will spend that money at the I-45 Lowe's going forward. Thanks again”
