“This is a great PetSmart. It’s large and very well stocked. The staff is wonderful and so very friendly and helpful. There’s always someone close by to direct you to where products are and to help with anything you need assistance with, whether it’s figuring out how to use the custom tag engraving machine, to picking the right fish or plants for your particular aquarium setup, or assist in suggesting the right leash or toy selection - I can assure you, they’re right there to assist you. I haven’t used the grooming salon here simply because my dog, Barnabas, doesn’t require actual grooming due to his breed & coat type (thankfully ?) but they look busy and the kiddos leaving with their freshly cut and styled do’s look fresh & fly ☺️”

“I wanted to come on here and say that I talked to Sarah at the front, she was nothing but amazing!! I was greeted with kindness, she took an interest in my dogs and we shared stories. Sarah was very knowledgeable and didn't make me feel dumb or bad for feeding an (apparently) not the best food. I didnt feel judged at all, instead she gave me great ideas and recommendation to enrich my dogs food on my budget. Let's be real, we all want the best for our dogs but sometimes money only allows so much, she understood that. My husband was eager to get out since we only sung in to kill time before a brunch but in the 15 minutes I was in the store, I could tell Sarah took a genuine interest in her job and loves dogs. I think I scared her when I asked for the business card of her owner and to write her name on it. Joke was on me, she already had some prepared for customers. This girl is ON IT. I will definitely be back to spoil our babies Biscuit and Gravy.”
“We absolutely love Woof Gang and our special groomer, Kathleen. She always greets our boy with such love and enthusiasm.She finishes him in less than 2 hours and he always looks perfect and seems happy.”

“We have used this location for baths and decided to take our fur baby in for his first haircut. We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from booking, to check in, to pick up. Everything went smoothly and Claire really listened to what we wanted! I was so nervous at pick up but my heart melted all over again when they came through the door. “This was our first visit to Layla’s Barkery, and we were really impressed. The quality of their dog treats and baked goods is excellent—you can tell a lot of care goes into the ingredients and how everything is made. Our dog absolutely loved what we picked out.
The owner was also a standout part of the experience. She was very personable, welcoming, and took the time to talk with us and answer questions without making it feel rushed. It’s clear she truly cares about both her products and her customers.

When I took my baby somewhere else, they did a good job as far as the grooming but, when I picked up my baby he was scared; as if he was mistreated.( and I didn't like that).
But when I picked him up from C F Grooming, his demeanor was COMPLETELY different!! Thank you so much C F grooming and Shauna!?”

“I read some bad reviews and almost chose to drive 30 minutes out of my way to go somewhere else. Something told me to check it out for myself and I am glad I did. I walked in and met Jag first, he greeted me with a smile and showed me around for a bit. He then handed me over to a young lady who took great care of me. I went in for some snails and left with 2 clownfish, a Goby and a beautiful coral. Thank you MC Aquatics Conroe!”

“Such a great PetSmart! This location is so great! We found a cute little “dog park” potty area, partially fenced, with artificial turf, a cute fire hydrant & stocked with poo-bags & a trash can. It’s well shaded and beautiful lined with flowers and shrubs. What a great addition to an otherwise basic pet store!
We entered and were IMMEDIATELY greeted by a super sweet, joyful & friendly employee! She took time to greet Barnabas, which is huge considering I am diligently taking him out for socialization (he was rescued from the streets and clearly experienced abuse at the hands of some horrible people in his first months of life - so this is critical to his healthy development), so big shout-out and huge thank you to the staff of this store. Everyone we met took the time to greet and gently acclimate Barns to friendly, loving people.
The store is so well stocked, organized & just fun all the way around. The vet onsite seems so well managed, clean and organized. I encountered a gentleman and one of the vet staff members and she was taking such time to assist him and explain the medication and everything they had done with his kiddo. Loved this!
They have an adorable setup for adoptable kitties and cats! See the videos. They had great deals on treats & toys! Barns got a fresh stock of toys & stuffies for a bargain - buy 3, get 2 free! We got Kong stuffies - 5 for under $30!!!
Great selection of food & treats for cats & dogs alike. I was impressed with the fish section - see videos! They had a crazy selection of cat trees - makes me want a kitty so bad!
