John was incredibly helpful while assisting me with finding shoes. He patiently explained how I could order them online, walked me through the estimated delivery time, and answered all my questions very clearly. What impressed me even more was that before helping me, I saw him assisting an elderly couple with such respect, patience, and genuine care while helping them exchange a pair of shoes. It was really lovely to witness.
At the register, Leeana was also extremely kind, attentive, professional, and very precise during checkout. She made the whole process smooth and pleasant.
And, of course, DSW always has so many great options to choose from, which makes shopping there even more enjoyable.
