We pulled in to the pickup area and called them and they told us it would be 5-10 minutes before they brought it out. Not even 3 minutes later 2 very nice employees brought out the fridge, loaded it in our car and that was it. Fast, friendly service.”

The servicemen literally stopped working as we walked to the door and waved individually from the different bays. Jacob and Chris treated us like family and made the experience the best it could be. “Our Sprinter Camper Van lost a wheel on I10 on our way into Houston. The tow truck delivered it to these guys an hour before closing on a Friday night before Thanksgiving. They had to drill out the shorn lug nuts as well as replace brake parts and come up with a replacement rim and tire. They stayed 1.5hrs past their usual closing time to get us back on our way. They know Sprinters and do honest quality work. I can't recommend highly enough!”

“I would first like to thank Israel. He is the most efficient and well knowledge in his field of expertise. I first took our vehicle to first choice Collision on hwy 105 in conroe was highly disappointed in the matter in which they wanted to handle our repair. Before even looking at the vehicle they were discussing totaling out the vehicle. This was not an option for our family. Israel knew my concerns for the safety of my daughter in her vehicle, Milstead repaired the vehicle in a timely manner. I had serious concerns that the car would be totaled out. Isreal from the beginning told me I will handle it from here and he did. The vehicle was like brand new when we picked it up and my daughter could not be happier!!!!
