“Chris, Service & Parts Advisor, at Smith Ford in Slaton, is the epitome of quality customer service. I brought my car in Friday afternoon for a wellness check. Because of the late hour I left the car. Chris told me it would be Monday before he could get back to me. Early Monday morning he called with the diagnostic results and even sent a picture of the problem via text. The issue was resolved by noon. He was prompt, courteous, and professional.
