“I visited to buy aquarium supplies and ended up getting help setting up my tank properly. One staff member explained filter placement in a very simple way, which helped me a lot as a beginner. There was a slight issue at checkout when a product didn’t scan correctly, but they resolved it quickly. I did notice one aisle was slightly messy, probably from other customers browsing, but it didn’t stop me from finding what I needed. Overall, it felt helpful and straightforward.”

“I went to this pet shop just to buy food, but ended up getting a few accessories too because of the staff’s suggestions. They didn’t push anything unnecessary, just explained what might suit my cat better. At checkout, there was a small confusion with pricing on one item, but they corrected it quickly once I pointed it out. The place gets a bit tight when crowded, but the product variety makes it worth visiting. I left with more than I planned, but nothing felt like a waste.”

“Petco now sells their bags. Granted, it's a minimal amount but that should be included in their budget & profits not passed on to the customer. I guess it's the equivalent of restaurants charging that 3% fee for using a credit card to pay. Businesses are getting out of control - SMH.

Mind you, Tractor Supply is $2 cheaper than Homedepot per bag. Pickup was a breeze. The young lady who brought out my bags was very friendly.”
