“Every time I’ve been to the store someone always asked if I need help locating something and many times would walk me straight to the item couldn’t ask for better customer service. This is what home town service is all about, go to big box stores to see the difference night and day.”
“I love gardening and I decided to buy some soil, but I really don’t have the time or vehicle to carry the amount of bags I wanted so I ordered online. I got my soil delivered and I went ahead and added a box of flooring that I picked up curbside. both were very easy.”
“So, I used to be a Lowe's girl, but, recently, I have found Home Depot to have a better selection of plants - and plants is what I have wanted lately. We got some beautiful Gardenia plants. First, I only got one, but when I saw how pretty it was, and that the deer didn't bother it, I decided to pull up some unhealthy and ugly looking Rosemary plants and plant more Gardenias. They look lovely - such an improvement! I also got a couple of Jasmine plants, some Lantana and a couple of Salvia plants. During the quarantine, we have taken the opportunity to spruce up our home and landscaping, and Home Depot has been very useful. We got Granite Grip, a coating for concrete, to use on our front porch and walkway. I also want to get new cushions for an outdoor settee, and some solar lights. We're on a roll!”

“Pathways are crowded but they almost always have what I need. I guess Lowe’s has a new thing where an over eager employee now helps with self check out. However, since Lowe’s has forced me to use self checkout without assistance for a decade I know how to use the registers better than the employees. So they went from no help to so helpful they slow me down. Just stay out of the way until I ask for something.”

“I looked everywhere for heat lamps during the freeze but everyone was sold out. I called South Texas Hardware in Somerset and spoke to the manager (Erica). She told me they had 5 left on the shelf and even reserved them for me until I got off work. Unparalleled customer service. Will always check with them before going to Lowes or Home Depot.”
