“My mother is elderly and suffers from Alzheimer’s disease. She needs a lot of help in everything she does. She asks many questions over and over again. Demetrius at the Pasadena Mattress Firm was amazing! He was patient and helped my mother in any way he could. He put in the time on the phone and in the store explaining to my mom everything she needed to know. Even when she asked the same question over and over. As a daughter with a parent suffering with Alzheimer’s it’s difficult to watch when people treat my mom poorly. The opposite is also true. When people, such as Demetrius, go out of their way to explain things in a way my mother can understand. It’s such a wonderful thing to watch. We had a great experience there! The bed was delivered THE NEXT DAY!!! It was delivered when they said and how they said.My mother also has a very limited income from social security. She has to watch what she spends and spend what she’s got wisely. She had a MEGA saving in their 4th of July sale! I was floored at the total and saving she received for her purchase. She was able to buy what she needed and stay within her budget. I want to send a big THANK YOU to Demetrius and everyone over at Mattress Firm Pasadena. They helped in getting a little old lady with Alzheimer’s the perfect bed!”

He continually followed up and emailed me scale drawings of what I wanted to ensure no mistakes in the build. “I had the pleasure of working with the manager of the Nasser Road one location. He said it was the oldest mattress firm and Houston.I made a phone call to him prior to visiting the store and he was very kind and very informative and even asked me a little bit about my current mattress And what I felt was wrong with it. I’m a single mom and I avoided purchasing a new mattress after so many years.Super embarrassing, but I have literally had a pillow top mattress for probably more than 10 years. Even the boxsprings were terrible. But I didn’t know this until I kind of explained all of the issues that I had been having with my bed up to this point, including horrible nights of sleep.I met him at the store and the kindness that he showed me on the phone mirrored the exact conversation that we had When we were in person. I literally felt it is, and he allowed me just to walk mattress by mattress without hovering over me and allowing me to really find one that I felt comfortable on. In the end, my favorite mattress was on sale! Very blessed!The only reason why the store does not get five stars is because he was not very familiar with the system and questions regarding financing and how to maneuver through the system. He was very knowledgeable on how the financing works, but not on the computer system. But who really does? We are not IT pros.I would definitely recommend this store and I would definitely recommend this team as it is a “no pressure“ shopping experience.”

“Over the past three or four years of acquired a lot of gingerbread themed art from here. I live in a neighborhood that goes crazy for Christmas. We have thousands of people come by every year. Even limousine tours are a regular nightly occurrence. I wanted something different when I changed up my decor, and found yard arts and more, I absolutely love the quality of the pieces and everyone that comes by comments on how unique they are. “We shopped for several months for a quality outdoor couch and swivel chair. Looking at the big box home supply stores, all they had seemed rather low quality. We finally settled on a chair/couch set from Rooms-to-Go or Chair King. Though the sets at both stores were very similar, we really liked the set (and color) at Chair King better but it was more expensive so I was willing to settle for the set at Rooms-to-Go based on cost. After talking to the fine folks at Chair King, they were able to price match and we purchased the set from Chair King. We did feel that Wes and his manager (forgot her name) were very friendly and personable. Unfortunately, what we selected was not in stock and we had to wait 3 weeks but the set was delivered on the date originally stated. The delivery guys were nice and they unwrapped the cushions and place the chair/couch set where we wanted on our patio.”

“I found this place by coincidence as I was driving by and what lured me was the big grand opening sign and the sign that said king mattress $150, I didn't believe it and said to myself there must be a catch!! But this place has hands down the best prices on furniture in Houston, I bought a king Serta mattress for 150 and I know the mattress is a lot more expensive than what I got it for, if you're in need of a mattress or furniture make your way there because it is super affordable and the quality is great!”
