“They gave me a great deal on a bed and the base which I remember the base had a great warranty and I'm pretty sure it was a lifetime warranty but I do have a question if the owner reads these reviews I needed to see about how I would use that warranty due to the fact that I had a few of the bars that are detached from the base and sticking down towards the floor but still attached from one side just due to normal wear and tear. But other than that the staff the delivery personnel everyone was great and friendly and I will always use them before looking elsewhere. “Awesome experience! Demetris was SO helpful with choosing all the options (taking advantage of the early Black Friday sale). I got the mattress ON SALE, a FREE metal bed frame (no need for box springs - yes!!), and 50% OFF on one of the accessories (sheet set / mattress protector against dust mites). The Sleepy's sheets are so soft and comfy. The zip-up allergy mattress protector slipped easily over the 11 inch mattress, with room to spare. I'll be back soon to get another set for the 2nd bedroom. Also... I'm a pillow-phobe, constantly searching for the "one," so I'll be back to check those out, too! Oh, the delivery guys are the bomb, showing me how the frame assembled, and taking my old one to my garage. Thank you Mattress Firm! :)”
