She showed me the different areas of the store,explained the concept of what they do. She was so helpful. The store was very organized into sections and clean. The cashiers name was one i would not forget because its also the name of my daughter...Leslie! High praises for this lady! I will definitely be back!!”
“This place is the best resale I’ve ever shopped! The prices are beyond reasonable. The staff, so attentive and welcoming! Everything is so neatly organized. Discount special was posted on door and honored at checkout. Card and cash is accepted here. Holiday theme layout was visible for spring needs. Now this is what I call retail therapy! “Made my first trip to this one and when I tell you it is so clean and organized. It barely smells like a thrift store. They organize everything by color and it was so much inventory. Compared to other outlets I have been too, this one is in the top three and I believe I've been to all of the outlets but one. Of course this was a Friday afternoon. It's probably elbows and chaos on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Even the bedding was hung up. I was so shocked.”

“I don't always find stuff here but I do love to check. Prices are reasonable. I enjoy that they support a good cause and have certainly found some things that I think are worth it. They had a special not long ago on picture frames, buy 1 get 3 free so i took advantage of that sale and was happy with my purchase. I've also found kitchen items that were cute and priced well. I recommend you check them out.”
“Place is pretty big so bring comfortable shoes cause you will do a lot of walking, they have hundreds of different vendors, food, clothing, accessories, and even a couple of beer stands however it does get pack pretty fast and the entrance to the parking can sometimes take forever to get also be prepared to pay $3 at the gate it might have change since my last time it was only $1 than went up to $2 now it was $3 and they only accept cash for the entrance fee”

“I stopped here not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. They had lots of name brand, like new items priced between $8--$12. Thus is what I expect to pay at a resale shop and that's exactly what I got. The place is small, and we'll organized. Perfect for when I want to be in and out in under an hour.”
“Nice finds, clean store. Customer service needs improvement, the girl looked and acted like she didn't want to be there. No greeting, didn't acknowledge, I had to ask if she was even cashier.”

“This thrift store is great!!. The cashier said they call it “dig and save” because they have huge boxes of clothing you can go through. They also have the traditional rows of clothing on hangers. Tons of clothes and they are all $1.49. We went there for small pieces of furniture, and we certainly went to the right place. They also have a lot of shelves with linen and household goods on them. Behind the register, they have higher end items like name-brand, well sought after, sneakers and collectibles. They had Yeezy‘‘s but not my size. These items are individually priced based on value but obviously cheaper than new. Highly recommend it.”

“I just came from dropping off gently used and new donations at Jacinto City Goodwill for the first time. I was disappointed to learn that the location on Uvalde near San Jacinto College had closed indefinitely. They provided great customer service and the representatives always seemed content to be there and ready to help out.
The gentleman at Jacinto City immediately came out to meet me at my vehicle. I didn’t even wait one minute. He acknowledged me with a smile, asked me if I wanted a receipt, and wished me a good day. I have absolutely no complaints and I will be back with more donations. Keep up the great work!”
“This location has a lot of traffic with customers streaming into the store and not many employees for checkout. The prices were fair, but there were some drastic price differences.”
“We go to our local Goodwill every couple of months to pick up movies, music and anything else we see that’s interesting. It’s a nice change from shopping at full retail price and we appreciate that it helps people find work.”
