“I had a generally positive experience at this Apple Store. The staff was friendly and professional, and the appointment-only system keeps things organized. However, even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I still ended up waiting about 45 minutes. The technician tried to help with my phone, which was stuck in recovery mode, but unfortunately wasn’t able to fix it and said it was basically only good for salvage. Not the outcome I hoped for, but the service was courteous throughout.”
“Absolutely the best, these guys treat everyone so well, and the service is spectacular. I cant say enough about the levelmof customer care these guys provide. They have bent over backwards for me and my family on multiple occasions.

It was also nice to be able to see the items to be extra sure they are what I want before purchasing them. The prices here are good and the service equally so. “If you need some computer/tech help, get over and ask Joel at PC-Help. I've been over twice for consults and he answered all my questions and explained it so that the common man could understand! Latest topic was the Windows 11 transition! Many of us are going to have to get new computers and Joel gave me some suggestions that will no doubt save me a bundle o cash. He's now my go-to computer guy/wizard.”

Not only were the prices right, they have stock (no unreasonable waits), and they actually know what there talking about (no apologizes to Geek Squad). So much so, that I came back 2 months later to build another computer. And wouldn't you know that the MSI GeForce RTX 4090 price came WAY down. So my wife gave me her bad*** 4080 build and she's got the best of the best. All for a damn good prices and again, This tech crew Know What there Doing! I seriously appreciate yall for all your work. I recorded an email at about 9am that my order was ready for pick up. The pick up process was fast and the print quality (and binding ) were perfect. In addition, the cost was significantly less expensive than Staples and/or Kinkos-FedEx. I will be doing all of my printing going forward at Office Depot! Cannot recommend high enough!!!”

“Just want to say thank you to the owner/manager. I came in Saturday to swap a phone I bought earlier that week. I didn't realize at the time that the phone I purchased was actually a downgrade from my old FE model. The A16 was substantially slower than what I use for work. I needed the speed back.
I expected a hassle to swap it and pay the difference. It did take some time, but that's OK. It's done and I have the speed back. Couldn't be more happy. Thanks for the approval to get it done.”

“Good treatment and attention to the driver inside there are bathrooms at reception at door 20 you check in they attend to you at the time of your appointment not before I recommend you arrive 15 minutes before to report they ask you for your license unloading number and a copy of the loding bill they assign you door You can't break the seal on the box, you go backwards and stick to the door where you unload without opening the doors until they remove the seal and tell you to open the doors. You can sleep in front of it without any problems. Unload in 45 minutes. Regards to everyone excellent day”
