Their quality is unmatched, everything from shoes to shirts fit just right.Meagan is an excellent representative of the brand. She is always kind, amazing at making conversation and does an excellent job at curating selections for me and helping me branch out my comfort zone whilst still still taking my personal preferences into account and expanding upon them. I had the chance to meet Massimo Pauri the owner today and he is amazing! Everyone on the team has a passion for what they do and the product they serve.I can honestly dollar for dollar, you're not going to find a better price to quality ratio. I have items from other Italian brand such as Gucci and Ferragamo and I can honestly say this Pauri and Casati's products are of superior quality and most my wardrobe for a very competitive price. I can't wait to give my uncle his custom dress shirt”

I was having such a hard time finding shoes last minute and I decided to stop in buckle on the way to my car. “Love this store. Only issue is that one salesman seems to try and push everyone out the door so quickly. Went in memorial weekend and the salesman said they aren't letting people try stuff on. Roughly 30 seconds later, another gentleman walks in and another salesman immediately starts letting them try stuff on. Not sure if we just aren't being taken serious but I've bought something at this location every time I've been there. Hope to see this get improved.”

“Had a redemptive experience with a very professional manager today (Clarissa). Sadly my experience with staff outside of management has been hit or miss. The cashier was extremely unpleasant & stubborn with her lack of customer service. So be aware — based off other reviews I’m ready today…if you aren’t having a positive experience with spending over $700 at this location. Ask to speak to aManager & hopefully Clarissa or another co-manager of hers can help show their staff how to professionally assist the clientele.”

“When Sephora opened in Kohl's at the Southlake store I was very skeptical but I decided to try it anyway. Although the products were the same great products, the folks working at that Sephora at the time knew absolutely nothing so I continued to go to the Southlake Townsquare Sephora. On Friday, Nov. 4th I needed a new heating blanket so I went to Kohl's and decided to pop into Sephora only because it was raining and I needed a travel mascara. I was greeted by Daniel and I was absolutely floored by the knowledge, professionalism and service I received by Daniel at that Sephora. I consider myself a make-up expert but he knew everything about every line that I liked. If you haven't tried the new Sephora in Kohl's I highly recommend trying this one again and hopefully Daniel will be working there. Thank you Sephora Kohl's for hiring professionals like Daniel. As long as he is there you will have my Sephora business.”

“Went into the Southlake store to purchase a suit. Lotus helped me pick out a Joseph Abboud suit. After alterations had an issue with it but Lotus took amazing care in helping to make my purchase right. No pushback. Just did what he thought was in my best interests to make my purchase experience meet expectations. In today's world not too many companies are putting the customers' needs 1st. Lotus and Jos. A. Bank did that! I truly appreciate the customer loyalty and strongly recommend Jos. A. Bank for their inventory but just as importantly for their customer service and their ambition to satisfy their customers 100%.”
