“I honestly don't understand all of the negative reviews. This post office is the best I've ever been to. Yes it may be small and sometimes only have one worker, but it's a small town that it is in. They are always so kind to everyone that comes in and are very helpful and willing to answer questions. I will take slow service with kind caring workers over fast service with people who are miserable and rude any day!!”

“First time going to this PO, but I was in the area and was happy to find this one. First, the parking lot is huge and easy to maneuver around. It was so nice after dealing with the parking at my local PO. Secondly, the inside was big, and everything seemed to be in working order. Another plus that I'm not accustomed to! And, the final plus, the workers were friendly and efficient. I really wish this post office was in my neighborhood.”

I often come in on Monday’s when they are pretty busy and those two women and the man that works (I can’t remember his name) they get through the line pretty quickly and they always remember my sons name and say hello to him. He gets excited to go to the post office. I’ve always had a great experience with the staff!!”

“I called this branch and had someone answer the phone which was surprising, knowing how busy these post offices can be.
A very nice man looked into my package issue which was stuck out there, instead of being delivered to Fort Worth. He assured me it will be resent to Fort Worth post office and I should receive it in 1-2 days.
It's now the second day and it's currently out for delivery. Thanks to the gentleman who resolved my issue.”

“This location is very easy to get to to drop off letters. I use it all the time as it seems to shave time off deliveries. The drop off boxes are just North of 635 on Royal Lane. My recent trip was right on the way with minimal disruption of my route. I didn't actually time myself, but pretty sure it took less than 20 seconds from time I pulled in, dropped in mail and was back on the street.”
