“Special thanks to Sealy Martinez and Carolyn for helping me out with a massive order. The folks in here are very sweet and eager to assist- please treat them kindly!”
“This is a well-known secret for locals, but others need to know because it is such a gem of a find. This is the post office on Cannon Drive, right off of 26 (if you're exiting Kroger for example, keep going through the light, you'll hit Canon and the post office will be on the right) and is the only post office serving 76054. I actually look forward to going to the post office. Staff are friendly, funny, professional, and actually seem to enjoy serving us folks. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Scott Cranfill. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Lorena Parks, who is an excellent addition. Last but not least is the new director of that location. Mrs. Bianca Davis. I had come in as I had not received mail in several days and didn't know if there was some kind of problem. Turned out that my regular carrier is out on health leave, and a filler was doing their darndest to learn the route and get settled. That explained it. She assured me that she would look into it personally and that afternoon my mail arrived 2 hours earlier than normal. Quick results with that place. Highly recommend, they have a great selection of cards, all the stuff you need for priority mail, oodles of stamps, and all together a bright and cheerful place. And yes they have private post office boxes. The post office is starting to shutter locations nationwide. I fervently entreaty those who might use this location, to speak up. It's worth your time.”
“Travis was wonderful. After having a bad experience at the postal service on Harwood, he really turned my day around. Every time I’ve interacted with him, he’s been so helpful and charming.”
“Thanks to the employee named Erica who helped me process the passport form and did the paperwork. I was fortunate enough to take in the walk in hours on website. It's hard to get an appointment online so I went to the post office here. Totally appreciate Erica's service!!!
P.S. the guy at the post office said that they r short staffed. That's why it's hard to find post office that's available for passport. The website isn't updated. Get mad at the website people. Smh not at the staff.”
“I always have the best experience at this location. The staff is nice and very funny with their customers which helps past the time while they are dealing with multiple tasks.
Keep up the great work”
“I went here to get my wedding invitations hand canceled and mailed. I felt like a burden with so many invitations, but David was happy to help. Invitations came 2 days later and even had a cute love birds stamp! Great experience. No wait. David was wonderful!”
“The man behind the counter that helped me 5 star service. He was so nice and helpful. He was not trained and couldn’t help with someone else’s passport. I know that’s a bummer for some.”
“Had to ship some items 2 times this week. The agent at this location in Richland Hills is the absolute BEST. Proactive, customer focused, cost conscious and friendly with a smile!!! Very much appreciated!!!!!”

“We recently had our daughter's passport application appointment at our local USPS office, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free thanks entirely to Patricia!
Patricia was incredibly thorough and professional from start to finish. She took the time to carefully review every detail of our paperwork and patiently answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. She made sure everything was filled out correctly, which gave us total peace of mind.
The photo process was quick and painless. The whole appointment felt organized and well-handled, and we were in and out faster than we expected.
She turned what could have been a daunting errand into a genuinely pleasant experience.”
“I honestly don't understand all of the negative reviews. This post office is the best I've ever been to. Yes it may be small and sometimes only have one worker, but it's a small town that it is in. They are always so kind to everyone that comes in and are very helpful and willing to answer questions. I've lived a lot of places all over the country and this is by far my favorite post office I've used. I will take slow service with kind caring workers over fast service with people who are miserable and rude any day!!”
“One thing that I appreciate in this world is when someone is kind towards me for no reason. Cindy did an amazing job today assisting me with shipping my college-aged daughter’s - very much needed - winter coat. I was honestly expecting to be a hassle or an inconvenience - to say the least! Without hesitation, Cindy took the time to find a box that fit my package and was just quite honestly ——- the most graceful part of my day today!!! Thank you so much Cindy for making this very small, but super important task a breeze when that’s easily not always the case. Wishing you nothing but blessings and positivity in your life. <3”
“First time going to this PO, but I was in the area and was happy to find this one. First, the parking lot is huge and easy to maneuver around. It was so nice after dealing with the parking at my local PO. Secondly, the inside was big, and everything seemed to be in working order. Another plus that I'm not accustomed to! And, the final plus, the workers were friendly and efficient. I really wish this post office was in my neighborhood.”

“I had a great experience mailing a package here the other week. Line was doable and Matthew was professional, even giving an extra helpful recommendation on mailing. Pleasant experience--nice to see at the post office.”
“Don’t listen to people like JK who call everything discrimination. It’s a good post office, and people are probably rude to you because you’re rude to them. Your 1 star review is totally going to stop people from using the post office because you call it racist lol”
“Alice Tran is very supportive. The black lady on the left counter is pretty new and she wanted to charge me $7 for an empty plastic bag even when I already have the QR code for the return service. Alice was too busy but she helped to explain that lady and helped me to make the transaction very smooth. 5 stars for Alice Tran.”
“I love the post office and always have an easy time. It probably my favorite government service. If you have a rough time at the post office idk that’s probably a “you issue””
“This location is very easy to get to to drop off letters. I use it all the time as it seems to shave time off deliveries. The drop off boxes are just North of 635 on Royal Lane. My recent trip was right on the way with minimal disruption of my route. I didn't actually time myself, but pretty sure it took less than 20 seconds from time I pulled in, dropped in mail and was back on the street.”
“Everyone has been sweet as can be when I go here! I usually talk with Sylvia and she is so personable and helpful! And they always help me get the best option for my shipping!”
“I would like to show my gratitude to my letter carrier today. She went beyond the call of duty. My husband took a fall just outside our front door. She came to my rescue by helping me get him back on his feet. I don’t know what I would have done without her kindness and for this I am most appreciated. If only I would have gotten her name. All I can say she delivered mail to 615 Warrington Lane on June 18th. Many, many thanks to her.”
