“I had a wonderful experience at Woodforest National Bank in Porter, Texas. Even though I been away for 7 years they took me back with open arms! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, but I especially want to recognize Esmeralda, Alicia, & Tiffany for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They were kind, patient, professional, and made sure all of my questions were answered. You can truly tell that they care about the customers they serve.
It’s always a great experience when you walk into a bank and feel respected, valued, and appreciated. Esmeralda , Tiffany, Alicia and the whole team that was on shift 08/29/26 are a great representation of what excellent customer service should look like, and Woodforest is lucky to have her on their team. I definitely recommend this branch to anyone looking for friendly and reliable banking service!”
