“Today I went to Tractor Supply in Cleveland looking for supplies and a little bit of guidance as a brand-new chicken and rooster owner. I met Charlie, an employee there, who was incredibly helpful. Not only did he guide me in finding the essentials I’d need as a beginner, but he also took the time to explain the whole process—from the different breeds, to how to feed them properly, and even what I should know about setting up and maintaining my chicken coop. His knowledge and patience made the experience so much easier and reassuring for me as a first-timer.

“We get our dog food and chicken feed from tractor supply. I prefer this location because they are friendly and prompt with our orders. Since I'm disabled I order ahead of time in the app ( saves money over time as well) and then go by to pick up the order. They bring the feed out and load it up without any problems. They also have tools and such and I frequently check out their clearance and sale items.”

“The place is usually understaffed and the manager tries to keep up with EVERYTHING, so unfortunately there are times that the store is unorganized, plan o grams ( pricing ) is incorrect. Definitely need more staffing hours or more employees. But on a good note if the product is out of stock just let the manager (Dom) know and he orders it. So overall it's a convention store to hop in and out of when not wanting to go to a big grocery store or Walmart.”

“Went here to the Pharmacy to get my refills on some of my prescriptions and was early so had to sit on the benches for 10 minutes an soon others sat down too.
The staff promptly opened up on time and met us and the others with smiles and a heartfelt good morning.
Received my medications and exchanged pleasantries and bid me a Blessed day.”

“Nice variety of items a little crowded sometimes with overworked staff being pulled in all directions. They work hard. The staff are very nice and helpful. But, they're overworked and understaffed. Dollar General needs to allow them the payroll hours to hire more help. Dollar General made them work with the a/c out of order for days. DG can do better for them, and pass that service in to customers.”

“I love Burlington I come here with my mom my sisters, family etc, I was shopping today and I came across this beautiful 3 piece swimsuit tag was 6.99 xl I find another one my size L then I get up to the cashier and she’s saying it’s the full price of 14.99 wtv my boyfriend jus likes seeing me happy we bought it but I was honestly mad because she didn’t even help just kept changing the situation saying it’s the wrong one that is this price and then proceeded to say it’s from Easter ITS THE SAME LIME COLOR SAME EVERYTHING SAME 3 PIECE BY THE WAY so tha just made me even more mad I called for a manager she said she was the manager so we leave but it didn’t sit right with ME so we go back ask the officer to call us a manager and come Xavier the nicest employee explained to us that it was the wrong tag but that it was fine because someone put it on there by mistake gave us a refund and ended up buying it for 6.99 maybe we would’ve understood if they told us the first time but she just kept switching the story while having a smile on her face when I’m deadass serious . But other than that Xavier was really nice really helpful and understanding besides that mean long curly haired hair that didnt have the energy to help. 🫶🏻”

“Been to this places regularly. Checking in 30 mins early. Most delivery are done by expecting 2 to 4 hours, which is normal for Reefer loads but I don't know about Dry. I usually get door or go Door P19 for reefer checking in. They will give you a door or wait on your truck for a call. Over all just like any other Walmart. I park and go take a nap. Phone will ring or they knock...”

“This place is pretty good I have to say, as soon as I walked in the cashier and they're greeted me and asked me what I was looking for automatically willing to help even went out of his way to come back to me and tell me about some flea spray that worked really good for his cats in his house so kudos to him for going out of his way to make sure that I got what I need and it was the best of the best family Dollar is one of my go-to places, if you have the chance to stop in there go ahead and do it you won't be dissatisfied I gave this place five stars because they treated me like a human being and not a dollar ??????”
