He directed me to the best place to find a replacement which was Acceptance Appliance Centers. Duane was great at helping me find the best appliances for me. “I had an immediate need of a Washer Dryer. I called Sara Applicance & Electornics and Q picked up. He had the models I wanted and, over the phone, did all the paperwork. I had shopped at Sara a decade ago, so he was able to skip some stuff based on my previous info. Scheduled the appliances for delivery 2 days later. I got my machines, sale and install were easy. Q put up with my constant nagging and misunderstandings and made me feel appreciated and important. Renoo is the lady that sits in the middle of everything and she too was very accommodating and knowledgeable.

“I always love coming to this H-E-B. The freshness of the food here is totally amazing. I purchased one of their salads from the deli section. While I didn't have to add anything to it, I decided to add some diced ham by Frick and some black olives. I didn't even need dressing for the salad. I also picked up a cake for a coworker who is leaving us soon. The ladies in the bakery were very helpful in writing a custom message on the cake. My coworkers enjoyed the cake. Very good customer service at check-out. I was afraid they might treat me differently since I'm not a contractor, but they were attentive and patient. Highly recommended.”

“I just recently purchased a gas stove/oven. Everyone there had great customer service they worked with me on everything. I went in on a Sunday and the delivery guy was off on Monday but they still had someone to deliver my stove to me Monday and they took away the old one!! The oven was in demo mode and not working I called them and they got the situation taken care of immediately.
