“Booked a car a few days ago for pick up in Spring TX and drop off in Savannah Airport SC. Although the Savannah Airport location left me very disappointed, the Spring location was absolutely fantastic. Joyacelyn at the counter offered great service and always helped with a smile. Would definitely recommend the Spring Avis location.
She also went above and beyond by making sure she called to resolve the problem I experienced with another avis employee at the Savannah Airport location.”

“We had to rent a car due to unexpected events but when we arrived we were attended quickly and I couldn’t quite catch the new employees name they had but he made us feel welcomed and even tried to translate a few things for us about the insurances. We had no problem when returning our vehicle everything was quick and easy!”

“I couldn’t recommend this location more. After having flights cancelled during the Southwest Meltdown of 2022, we attempted to get a rental car to get home. We were unsuccessful, until an angel from Avis (I believe her name was Cassandra) answered the phone and told me they had a car. The amount of stress she took off our shoulders is something I can’t explain. She was amazing, kind, helpful and to us, our angel! “Had no problems reserving the car online. Had a delay in picking it up on time as they didn't have any cars available but they were nice enough to call me when it did become available. The car was nice and clean. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and courteous. I would rent from them again as the rate wasn't that outrageous for the weekend.
