“Our work truck broke down first thing Monday morning and we had to hunt down a rental quickly. Not knowing what our truck was going to cost to fix, we were looking for the best deal with a truck that we could use for work. Shelby, the manager, worked with us and was very empathetic about our situation. She made herself available for us with all our questions. Hopefully, we won’t need to rent a truck next week but if we do, we will call and use them.”
