Nae was so helpful! I wasn’t sure how to print and not only did she show me, she went above and beyond to give me an additional address to send it so she could get it printed.

Employee there was friendly enough at first but forgot to scan a label which was then loaded onto a truck, creating a problem for tracking. Got standoffish about it afterward as if it wasn’t her problem when she created the whole problem
