“Hotel Indigo - Spring was a great stay. Sandra at the front desk was incredibly accommodating with an early check-in request and made the process smooth and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and made a point to say hello. The gentleman who served breakfast was kind and attentive, and the food was tasty. I would happily stay here again.”

Hands down one of the most beautiful, modern and CLEAN hotels I have ever stepped foot in. Yes it is a bit pricey for parking but I love the security that I’m not parking my car in an open lot.

The front desk personnel were so nice and thanked me for being a Bonvoy member, and I believe the room rates are definitely affordable for what you get. Yes, the walls are a bit thin LOL but honestly all the pros I experienced outweighed that piece since the noise was only during the daytime.

The bed is a little low but it was still comfy and my room got COLD! But I’m so happy I didn’t see any dust in the vents and the floor was so clean.”

“Everyone was super nice. I always love Drury Hotels when I travel with my maltipoo. You can never tell if your room had a dog in it or not. Very clean. I took one star away, because the pool was dirty and the doors to get in the hotel were broken. It was an inconvenience to go around further away from my room. Other than that. I would definitely stay again.”

“The room was clean for the most part however. In the bathroom, I noticed small bugs coming out of the wall. Bed was comfortable however, the iron did not work. I switched it out once but the other one still didn't work. Limited on breakfast currently due to the renovation of the restaurant. It’s 40 minutes away from downtown however whatever you would need is within the area. Also housekeeping sometimes forgot to place rags within the bathroom after cleaning the room. But they came every day.”

“I was really a little worried with the price we paid that this might be a rough motel but it wasn’t. The rooms were very clean and the owner/manager was very nice. He waived to us every night as we arrived back. I would highly reccomend if you are traveling on a budget.”

“Nice place for a quick one or two night spot to stay at. Price decent. Quiet, clean, room furniture looks new or recently renovated. Suggestions: fix gap under front door, need paint touch up damage walls and baseboards, need extra roll of toilet paper, need box of tissue. Overall would come again.”

“I’ve been here over the years back and fourth, good service, very quiet and the front desk owners they are really good people. Ever want some where good price very clean rooms come here only hotel I’ll spend at.”

“Quiet little place right off the freeway. The room was spacious. Included a sofa, coffee table, as well as , a desk and small closet. All the amenities were available for use, such as microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge, and iron with ironing board. The bed was extremely comfortable. They provided coffee ( which was delicious) and shampoo and body lotion ( both of which smelled amazing). Their water was hot, which made for nice relaxing showers. The cable never went out and had a decent amount of channels to pick from. The rooms were clean and the house keeper was helpful. The vending machine wasn't working, but they offered a variety of soft drinks and vending machines and snacks in the lobby. all of this at an affordable price. We had issues with our card and they were extremely patient and accommodating us. I will be extending my stay here and suggesting this location to anyone who asked.”

“I used to stay here for 6mos straight in 2021. Always had great reliable customer service.

Upon recently becoming homeless Oct. 29th 2025 to now. Customer service has dropped every time Legacy was on shift. Frequently disappears when Management leaves the property for the day. New Year's my partner and I reserved 117. I walked into the office and no one was at the desk. Just a sticky note with a number on it. I called the number twice immediately to voicemail. So I went outside. I spoke with Crystal as she was outside walking her dog and I was check in by Crystal. Granted it was her day off. Nonetheless she took the initiative. About 2mins in Legacy shows up. Watching Crystal check us in, and walks out of the office, no taking the initiative or offering to take over. After getting into the room, about an hour later my GF walks out, and Legacy drills her with questions. Are you staying in this room? Who checked you in? When did you get checked in? How long have you been here? All while trying to walk into the room. Where I was half clothed. Had my partner not of been present Legacy would have just walked in. Ignoring the fact that a paper in the office shows which rooms are available. That's negligence.

Just recently I had experienced no one in office. Key card wasn't working it was 9-10pm at night. Once again no one in office. Called the number no answer. I went outside sat at the table waiting. I went back inside Crystal once again was present on her day off. And managed to get Legacy to try to fix my card. But after 3 tries Crystal was in office and Legacy was gone. Had Crystal not of been present, George never would have been contacted to replace the Batteries on the door. I never would have gotten back in my room that night. Crystal is a dam good hard worker. And I'm appreciative of the hard work she puts in. That's dependable, reliability, takes the initiative and has fantastic customer service. As does Tim and management.

I've been outside I've seen Legacy Mopping or rather what she calls Mopping. I'm sorry but taking a mop bucket on the first floor at every door. Dunking the mop in the bucket and plopping it at every door. Is not mopping. Mopping is moving the mop left and right. Rinsing the mop with mop bucket strainer. And repeating the process. That's sheer laziness.

Regardless I would still stay here in the future. Rooms are affordable. All staff except Legacy in my honest opinion are AAA+++. And I enjoy staying here and very appreciative to have experienced it.”
