“This was our first time going to Verizon. We have been using a different service for our wireless needs and we have been wanting to switch to Verizon for a long time. My husband and I finally decided to go so we could get all the info needed to make the switch and have Verizon's services. We are very glad we did. It was so much better than we expected. He was very friendly and made sure all of our questions were answered. We had a couple of issues come up while trying to do the transfer, but he was great with helping us get it all figured out. I was most impressed with his patience and the amount of time he spent with us making sure that our experience was easy and informative. I thank him very much for everything he did and helped us with.”

“I have NEVER encountered anyone as caring, patient, and helpful as MD. I was switching carriers from Comcast to Metro T-Mobile. Comcast gave me a pin number that expired the very next day even though they did not unlock my phone until two days later. MD tried everything he could to resolve this issue over the phone rather than my having to drive back to the Comcast office, but was unable to. I drove back to Comcast, got him the new pin and in less than 5 minutes I was on my way home! Thank you, MD for going out of your way to help me. Appreciate your kindness more than you know.”

I got a Google pixel 6A with the premium plan, a case and a screen protector and a fast charging block and I walked out for 175.
