“UPDATE went back to store spoke to the store manager who fixed with my issue immediately….Would give 1 star if that was an option. Went in a few days ago ported number from T-Mobile paid cash and hours later zero service and Att was closed. Fast track to next day called care was advised the rep never submitted order properly and I’m out the $87 in cash I paid and had to pay another $60 something just to have service. Went to the store manager said when he was done with customers he’d look into it. After me being at the store over an hour I left. This store owes me $87 cash. I will be filing a BBB complaint first thing tomorrow”

“I had a WOW experience today. The manager Issac was phenomenal. From customer service to the smooth set up of my sons new iPhone 16 a great experience all the way around.
He initially told us they had an iphone16 but realized they didnt. He went and got one from another store. If that isnt going above and beyond I don't know what is. Everyone at the location was also really nice and helpful. Way to go AT&T ??”

Came into this store and Jacob and Colt were so awesome helping restore my service and get my texts messages to be blue again and not green! “We went on a Saturday around lunchtime to upgrade a phone. Of course, it was busy. However, the staff was organized, friendly, and efficient. I had several employees approach me to ask if I needed assistance. If you need assistance with an issue regarding your phone, you will need tk visit the Genius Bar. For the Genius Bar, I highly recommend setting an appointment online in advance. If you are visiting the store to make a purchase, and appointment is not necessary. Overall, for being as busy as it was, it was still a good experience.”
