“Donato had my car diagnosed and fixed in the same day with what I feel was very fair pricing. I always took my car to the dealership when it was under warranty but since that recently expired, I was not wanting dealership prices even though I had built up a lot of trust in the service manager there. This was my first time going to Quality Auto and I’ll definitely go back. They were quick but thorough and where other shops could easily see me as an easy target to add on things I don’t need, they were honest and informative.”

“I had my car towed to Discount Quality Car Care. I spoke with Jerry, one of the Owners. Luckily my issues were not major. My car was repaired halfway through the next business day. The price was fantastic! I was nervous because I had never been there and didn't really have a recommendation from anyone. When we pulled up the tow truck driver told me I was in great hands. She said this place was honest & they would do me right. When a tow company from another business gives them a great review, you know that's where you should go. I will most definitely be back!”

*We stopped at two other locations trying to get emissions and oil change, 242 and Loop 336 could not help. 242 emissions guy was off on Sunday.
Loop 336 the machine was broken. We drop tried find 1488 location and stubbled across this one GLAD we did!

“MASSIVE Shout-Out to the Spring, TX Walmart Auto Center!
Seriously, I need to give a MASSIVE shout-out to the Walmart Auto Care Center at 2901 Riley Fuzzel Rd, Spring, TX 77386. They completely saved the day after a super frustrating week!
I needed one tire fix because there were nails in it, and thankfully it was still covered under the Road Hazard Warranty. Easy, right? Nope. I made an appointment at the Walmart in Conroe and had to wait three full days, only for them to cancel on me twice. It was infuriating. I honestly started thinking maybe they weren't making time for the warranty thing because it's just a repair and they weren't making money. All the other nearby locations were constantly busy, too.
So, I called the Riley Fuzzel Road Walmart in Spring, TX, and everything changed. They got me an appointment one hour later, the same day.
The service was quick, easy, and completely painless—in and out. Every staff member was helpful and nice, but the young lady at the counter, Veronica, was super helpful and nice. She had excellent customer service, and she deserves huge praise.
The waiting experience was even good! They had water and coffee, and a nice family movie playing. But here's the thing that absolutely blew my mind: the bathroom! This is the only Walmart bathroom I’ve ever been in that was super clean and smelled so good. Seriously. No usual trash on the floor like other Walmart locations, and no stinky, gross toilet. This one was super clean, with a lavender aroma. The entire store felt super clean, actually.
Shout out to whoever is managing this store at 2901 Riley Fuzzel Rd. You did a good job. This location is run right; they clearly prioritize the customers (even the warranty ones!) and they set the absolute standard for every other Walmart out there.”
“I love the fact that the techs will actually explain in a "tell me like I'm 5" kind of way. The waiting area is clean and even the females who work inside seem to know what they are talking about. I have been taking my cars here for 2 years and haven't had any issues except one time I ran out of windshield wiper fluid, but they fixed it before I even left.
They also make suggestions if they notice something, but they don't push if you decline. The service writers are well trained and well versed and you can ask them questions about stuff like "what does the fuel injection cleaner do" or "why is x,y, z, treatment/service needed" and they will explain how it's done and how to do it.”

“Amazing experience very fast service, I love that they send pictures of what they are doing to your car or a picture of what is wrong with your car, my plastic/metal under bed cover was dragging and they quickly fixed it with no issues, loved my visit here, I came in as a walk in as well. I’ll say pricing is well although this service didn’t require a payment which I was shocked about!”
