“My car sputtered into this Caliber location. I told Sam exactly what had happened and what I thought the issue was; which might be something simple. Sam and Zack got Juan the mechanic to look at it and he literally fixed it in 5min. NO CHARGE! I have to say I'm IMPRESSED and if any of these guys is up for a promotion or a raise; they absolutely deserve it. That experience just made Caliber Auto Care my regular mechanic shop. A+”

“I couldn’t make it over to Caliber until right after 5, I was working yesterday. The night before my daughter was driving behind me and noticed that one of my back lights went out and then a bit later the second light also went out. From a safety perspective I knew it would be a good thing to check it out quickly. Not only did they help me out with not a lot of time to spare but they also did my state inspection too all right before 6 when they close. They are a very profession awesome crew, good people! They fixed my daughters car the month before with an extended warranty that they really had to wrestle to the ground to get it fixed! We are changing to a company that is easier to work with on the warranty. They did a really great job there too. Thank you and have a blessed day!”

“I went into Take 5 to get my oil change but a lot more happened than just an oil change! My car happened to break down in the bay. (not the fault of the Take 5 employees) But luckily the staff did everything they could to help me! Especially Eric, who ran diagnostics and checked all different components of the vehicle. I seriously don’t know what I would have done without them. Everyone has so friendly and understanding. I would highly recommend going here!”

“I love the fact that the techs will actually explain in a "tell me like I'm 5" kind of way. The waiting area is clean and even the females who work inside seem to know what they are talking about. I have been taking my cars here for 2 years and haven't had any issues except one time I ran out of windshield wiper fluid, but they fixed it before I even left.
They also make suggestions if they notice something, but they don't push if you decline. The service writers are well trained and well versed and you can ask them questions about stuff like "what does the fuel injection cleaner do" or "why is x,y, z, treatment/service needed" and they will explain how it's done and how to do it.”
