“Go here for most things shipping, printing, their vendor selling table days on the weekends. The staff is always amazing, so helpful with designing graphics or flyers or t-shirts, large posters. I don't think about going anywhere else. Better pricing than FedEx kinkos and supporting a friendly local business. Win Win!!”

“Just had a wonderful experience at PostStop Plus. The staff was so helpful knowing we rushed to make it in time to send an overnight delivery to the Austin area. (Her name was Jarrian.) She checked for best pricing and then walked us through the transaction. All smiles and kindness from everyone at this business. The location is in the center at the Louetta/Champion Forest intersection and they are open on Saturday at times when others are not. Great service and they can handle it all. This is our new ‘go to’ for mailings. Definitely recommend this business!”

“I’m at this ups store nearly every weekend, and Everytime I go I get such great assistance from Omar, Jared and Jeremy. From needing a little bag to carrying a box. This time was outside of the ordinary, I made a return with this huge box and left a part at home and came rushing back. Omar helped me get the box from the truck and put in the missing piece. This staff is super nice and super helpful!!!”

“This Postal Annex location is part of my life's tapestry! I have been a customer for 10 years or even more! The staff is exceedingly friendly, always accommodating and extremely accurate. When I walk in I feel I am part of the family and am treated well by all the staff. They do get very busy but never too busy to greet everyone who comes in. They don't have to tell their customers that they are appreciated because their every day acts of service proves how much they do. One can never be too careful today with package pirates and those going thru your mail searching for what might feel like a gift card or credit card. I leave everything to my friends at the Postal Annex. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Yogi, Mr. Barry and Mr. Lee. Thank you guys for taking care of me!! Donna Wick :-)”

“2024: This place is still hands down the best place to send overseas packages. The local UPS was a disaster. I'm amazed that people find Nina rude as that has never been my experience.

I've never had a problem with any of the staff. The younger assistants don't always know their stuff, but I've always found everyone including the owner very polite. It's my go to drop off location and I get all the tracking numbers emailed to me.”

“They need a new scanner at checkout 2. Absolutely outdated and simply doesn’t work. Caiden is great to work with and if not for him I wouldn’t be able to complete my order. The lack of upgraded hardware makes everyone’s experience unnecessarily difficult. For an extra $30 piece of equipment they could keep their customers way happier! UPGRADE!!”

“When i was in a bind and needed quick quality printing i could not do in my own with my home printer, I was told by a friend of this amenity inside Walmart. After waiting only briefly, i was helped by a truly knowledgeable young man. While i was flustered because the document I needed was for a party I was headed to right then, he remained calm, helpful and kind. I wish i could remember his name because he deserves the kudos. I haven't seen that type of customer service in a long time. He even offered to trim it for me since there was no one waiting behind me. The extra mile! It was a gift that turned out beautiful and ON TIME thanks to this wonderful employee.”

“This store is very convenient to use it is near Leslie's and the USA Vein Clinic etc. The young man who assisted me was probably the current owner? He was very friendly and efficient. Usually there is not a long waiting time. He printed posters for my missing feline , Barry and highlighted his essential information in red. He didn't have a laminator, so I bought the self adhesive sheets elsewhere.
They also Fax for $1 do Amazon Returns and have a Notary.”

“I visited this store, for the first time, to ship an item for which I needed a USPS Medium Priority Mail box because I had already bought the label on-line. I missed getting to the USPS office because it's Saturday and they closed at 12:00 noon.
So here are the bullet points about this store and my experience:
* They stay open until 5:00 PM on Saturday
* They had a full assortment of free USPS Priority Mail boxes
* The gentleman behind the counter (possibly the owner?) graciously taped the box closed for me
* The gentleman graciously used my pre-printed label and attached it to the box for me
* The gentleman was kind and had a friendly demeanor and engaged in an informative conversation
* This service cost me nothing
If only our USPS employees were this gracious and friendly! Thank you MailBox Store, you have a customer and fan for life!
