My girlfriend offered the option to me as a birthday gift, and the gift never stopped given the excellent service I received from Monica and the rest of the staff every time I came in, for the initial consult, for my fitting, and for my final pickup. Their communication was excellent, and they never failed to leave me feeling like I was less than taken care of at any time. The final result is a gorgeous suit that fits me as well as one could, and even if I lose weight and need some work done on it in the coming year, they offer a year of free alteration. I could not recommend Balani and Monica enough.”

The store is great. Tons of selections on clothing. Not just tees but pants and goth inspired dress clothing as well. They have a changing room which is a huge plus in this mall. One of the reps was even nice enough to offer me the pants off a mannequin in the front. I really wanted them and there was no more in stock haha. I ended up taking them home.”
