“I want to take this time to say thank you to Dr Terence Houston and company for all they have done for my mother. Terence would answer any questions needed if possible concerning care. He would train or walk me through system settings. He literally showed he cared by talking with mother, praying over her, checking on her and more. If the ball was dropped somewhere dealing with doctors and nurses, I knew without a doubt it wasn’t on Dr. Terence end. He was on top of everything. “I had a great experience at this location thanks to Bri'Ashley. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a positive attitude and made me feel welcomed right away. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed at first, but she took her time to listen, asked the right questions, and guided me through my options without rushing me.
At one point, I was having trouble understanding the differences between a few items, and Bri'Ashkey broke everything down in a simple way that made it easy to decide. She even went out of her way to check in the back for something that wasn’t on the shelf and came back with exactly what I needed.
What stood out the most was her patience and professionalism, even while helping multiple customers at once. She stayed calm, friendly, and focused the entire time. It’s clear she really cares about customer service.
Employees like Bri Ashley make a big difference. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the experience she provided.”

This lady name Fatima called my wife and explained the whole situation that was going on with her prescription, my wife is pregnant but this lady Fatima was very very patience with her explained her everything and called our doctor to explain everything to them as well. My wife was fuzzy this morning but this lady handled everything very well. Tried calling back to thank her but she wasn’t available. Thank you for your help we appreciate your help.”

“I found cute dresses but no sales on them. I found some shorts I like but all size was sold out in almost every color. The clothes are getting a bit better. But they gotta keep the process low. I found cheaper dresses at the competitor on sale. I did return one dress because when I got home and thought about it the price was not reasonable. I felt better keeping my money. But I did keep 2 of the 3 dresses.”
