I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed at first, but she took her time to listen, asked the right questions, and guided me through my options without rushing me.
At one point, I was having trouble understanding the differences between a few items, and Bri'Ashkey broke everything down in a simple way that made it easy to decide. She even went out of her way to check in the back for something that wasn’t on the shelf and came back with exactly what I needed.
What stood out the most was her patience and professionalism, even while helping multiple customers at once. She stayed calm, friendly, and focused the entire time. It’s clear she really cares about customer service.

It’s frustrating that the people who work there are always canceling and not giving me a call or saying they do but they don’t. And yes, I’ve updated my phone four times since they love to call the number I told them doesn’t exist. But Ariel finally updated and showed me not just saying she updated. They are lazy! “I found cute dresses but no sales on them. I found some shorts I like but all size was sold out in almost every color. The clothes are getting a bit better. But they gotta keep the process low. I found cheaper dresses at the competitor on sale. I did return one dress because when I got home and thought about it the price was not reasonable. I felt better keeping my money. But I did keep 2 of the 3 dresses.”
