“Checkout is usually speedy, I always go to Cam's register because she is the quickest and friendliest cashier. The produce selection is very very good, Items that are hard to find at other stores are accessible at HEB. Meat fridges appear to be clean and never smell like Walmart does. I do miss a few of the specialty items that HEB used to have like the small whole rose buds and other imported items in the foreign food isle. This HEB is pretty good despite it being smaller and having less of a selection compared other HEB stores but it ALWAYS beats walmart.”

“you can call the number and get routed to a central department to make an appointment if you go in the morning you can usually get seen pretty quickly in the evenings are on the weekends is when they're the most busy. their tires are quite expensive and you can find better prices at local private shops, but they offer a good price for the rotation lifetime warranty”

“I want to give a sincere thank you to the wonderful team at the H-E-B Pharmacy on Highway 6 near New Territory. Every single person there—from the clerk at the counter to the pharmacists—is consistently kind, polite, professional, and incredibly helpful.
On my most recent visit, I went in to pick up a prescription without knowing what it would cost. When the pharmacist told me the price, I’ll admit there was a bit of sticker shock. But instead of simply ringing it up, she said, “Wait a moment—let me see if I can find you a coupon.”
She took the time, even with people waiting, to search for a discount and ended up finding a coupon that reduced the price by almost 80%. Who does that these days? That level of customer care is almost unheard of anymore. She didn’t rush, didn’t act bothered, and handled everything with a genuine smile.
What was also impressive was that no one in line seemed upset about the extra time. In fact, you could tell everyone knew they’d receive the same level of thoughtful service when it was their turn.
In a world where people are often in a hurry and quick to complain or create a scene, the team at this H-E-B Pharmacy stands out for all the right reasons. They treat people with respect, kindness, and professionalism every single time.

“I got a membership for $10, way less than I might spend on beer so I decided to see what the club offers. They have a range of benefits other than food in bulk. Hotels seem to be slightly cheaper through Sam's. They promote Just Energy for electricity which I found to be more expensive than Good Charlie, my current provider. I went inside this store for paper towels. It was nice. I also picked up 2lbs of hummus for about $5. The Sam's app you can scan and pay for everything through the app and walk out. I don't have anything negative to say about the store.”
