“Checkout is usually speedy, I always go to Cam's register because she is the quickest and friendliest cashier. The produce selection is very very good, Items that are hard to find at other stores are accessible at HEB. Meat fridges appear to be clean and never smell like Walmart does. I do miss a few of the specialty items that HEB used to have like the small whole rose buds and other imported items in the foreign food isle. This HEB is pretty good despite it being smaller and having less of a selection compared other HEB stores but it ALWAYS beats walmart.”

“The staff and both pharmacists at this location are a breath of fresh air. I have been a loyal customer at this pharmacy since the day the store opened, and that long-standing relationship has only reinforced my appreciation for the exceptional service provided here.
Neil and Mary go above and beyond to ensure that I am fully knowledgeable about every medication I receive. Whether it is explaining potential side effects, clarifying dosage instructions, or making sure I understand how a new prescription interacts with my existing medications, they take the time to make certain I leave with confidence and clarity. They have always made themselves available to answer questions whenever needed, no matter how busy the pharmacy may be, and they do so with patience and genuine care. Another thing I love is this location is never crowded in comparison to some of the other locations I pass by.
As a person who manages multiple health conditions, visiting a pharmacy can sometimes feel overwhelming. However, the time and personal attention given to me each visit makes all the difference. It is comforting to know that my health is in the hands of professionals who treat every customer as an individual rather than just a transaction.
The entire staff contributes to a welcoming environment that keeps me coming back. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with kindness and professionalism. Neil, Mary, and the rest of the team have set a standard of care that is truly rare, and I am grateful to have them in my corner as I navigate my health journey.

“This HEB location thought about the situation their customers are in during the hard times of Beryl hurricane. They had a place set up where customers could charge their devices while shopping or just charge their devices. This made a big big difference in people lives because the only way to have access to information is on their devices. I want to thank HEB for their consideration to the customers. This is truly what customers' service is about. I also want to thank HEB for not price gouging their customers at a time in need. It is hard to find ice. If you're able to find ice, stores are charging 2.99 for less than a 5 lb bag of ice. I found a 16 lb for 3.88 at HEB. Thank you, HEB.”

“The night manager Andre was very helpful, my brother had to bring a calendar for school and of course waited till 10:45 to tell me.(15 mins before close) I was having trouble finding the calendars and the time was already 10:55 so I called them and said I'm in the store and I need a calendar. Not only did Andre give me easy to understand instructions as to where they were located he also met me halfway there and walked me there himself. Highly recommend coming by, very pleasant staff, and always good discounts!!!! 5 stars”

“This is a good Kroger to pickup standard groceries. Their international food aisle is well stocked and offers a diverse array of foods. It appears their wine selections are more diverse than what’s available at other Krogers I’ve been to. I can get in and out rather quickly and the parking is more than adequate. It is also located in an area that appears well-attended, cleaner, and secure.”

“This location or we can say all pharmacies are the same. You can have 5 people wait in line and only one person working or no one is helping. Rush hour is the worst if you only have a quick pickup and someone in front of you needs verification of insurance… good luck. Overall, I only had a few slow service here.”

“Attention H-E-B management and Owner! This morning I was in need of 200 donut holes and I looked on the app and it told me the highway 6HEB had donut holes available. So I woke up early and headed to the store to buy three trays when I get there they were nowhere to be found. I saw a wonderful young lady by the name of Krystal , who said oh yes ma’am we have those they’re on the back counter. When she went to look for them, there were none available. She then found a lady with a walkie-talkie and said this woman needs three trays of our donut holes. I then asked, can they be made? Krystal told me yes they can be done in about 10 to 15 minutes. But the lady with the walkie-talkie insisted it’d be 30 minutes or longer because she had to find somebody else. I was willing to wait the 30 minutes, even though it was gonna push me back for volunteering this morning and the food I needed was for the volunteers. 10 minutes and I still don’t see the lady with the walkie-talkie who was supposed to be going to ask somebody else if they could be made. Krystal notices. I’m still waiting and says ma’am do you need those for today or for another day? I said I need them for today like 10 minutes ago. Juliann then stepped up and said I’ll make them for her. So Julie and Kristell went to work. Julian quickly put together three trays for me and within five minutes. I was ready to go. I’m super thankful for Julianne and Kristell who stepped up to make customer service A+ plus at H-E-B this morning. Not having these donut holes would have put our volunteers in a hungry disposition this morning as we are serving the community and handing out backpacks and school supplies. So I wanted to let HEB know that there are two amazing employees Kristell and Julian deserve a standing ovation! I didn’t get the other name of the lady who couldn’t help me, but she seemed bothered by trying to assist me so I’m grateful that these two women stepped up to give me the incredible customer service that HEB has always provided me with! Thank you so much for all that you do! And again kudos to Julianne and Kristell”
