Hena and Dr. McMaster showered our Jovi with love and created a positive experience for him by rewarding him with treats during his exam. The staff was informative and ensured we had answers to all our questions and did not rush us through our appointment. We appreciate the care our Jovi received so much, we have already scheduled an appointment for our other pup, Gunnar. Our family looks forward to continuing care with VCA. Yes, in general emergency care is / can be expensive (for humans or pets), but if in an emergency for our other dogs, I'd trust them 100%. Thank you to all the staff we dealt with ??”
