“Excellent running store with friendly and helpful staff. Their selection of running clothes is almost as impressive as their variety of shoes. Everything is carefully chosen, so it's a more curated selection than you'll find at most sports stores. If you replace your old shoes, you can put them in a container to donate to the homeless. Between touches like that and the customer service it is a very caring place.
They have a large free parking lot shared with adjacent businesses.”
“Wonderful little store with some incredible staff. I came by a few months ago to get someone's opinion about what kind of wheels would be best for indoor rinks for inline skates. I know inline skates aren't sold here, and I told them that once I arrived as to not potentially waste their time (since I wouldn't be a buying customer), but the lady helped me anyway and gave me a great breakdown on the hardness of wheels and what that would entail. At that point, I knew I'd have to come back to support them some way.
I finally got a pair of inlines, but still needed protective gear. Today (June 25, '26) I went in and a different lady was there, and was just as helpful and pleasant to talk to. She helped me pick out some gear, and encouraged me to try on different sizes and types of pads to make sure I found the right sized and comfortable equipment. She even went through the hassle of making sure my helmet was properly fitted.
I highly recommend this store for any skate related equipment! While they don't sell inline specific equipment, they have everything else and know their stuff! I'm pretty sure it's owned by a roller derby player, and the two women I spoke with are active derby players as well, which is pretty badass”

“My new go-to spot to find a sexy outfit for a night out on 4th or for fun in the bedroom! I've had a good experience with the staff being very helpful. The vibes are good and non-judgemental.
The biggest con is that they don't really sell sizes for bigger men. Which is ironic since they pop up in The Iron Bear so much. I'd love to see a larger range of 2X, 3x, 4x+ tops. So far the largest size I could find was a 2X that fit like a Medium ?
It's pretty pricey too. Which is pretty standard for adult stores. But worth noting.
Overall better than Dreamers. Please Package start carrying bigger sizes for the big boys!”
“Had an amazing experience at Electric Surf Co in Austin! I came in looking for an ebike and ended up with the Aventon Pace 4 Step-Through, and I couldn’t be happier. Rourke’s customer service was exemplary — he made sure I left fully equipped with everything I needed. I actually took a rideshare to the shop and rode the bike all the way home to Mueller, which was such a fun way to test it out right away. The bike rides great and is exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this shop if you’re in the market for an ebike!”
“Patagonia is an excellent company and does a lot of good work environmentally. Their equipment is very high-quality but is also expensive. In the long run though it’s cheaper than buying gear from other places because Patagonia will guarantee their products forever so as long as you don’t lose it if you buy something from them and it fails or wears out, they will replace it.”

“The ladies working there are always so nice!!! They always welcome me, ask if I need a fitting room, and set my clothes up in the fitting room for me so I don't have to carry them around while looking at other items. They also let me know about on-going deals, which is awesome. They even remembered my name at check-out and told me to have a good day. If you go to lululemon across the street, you'll notice a complete different shift in service. The ladies at Athleta actually care and welcome you.”
“The staff and shop are amazing! Everyone is kind, forthcoming with their knowledge, and make people feel comfortable. They never over sell or make me feel pressured by always explaining my options, pros and cons, and future promotions. Prices are inline with online prices and service is exceptional, so why not support local? I'll be back here for all needs. Social distancing and COVID guidelines are well established and enforced in the alley and shop. I always feel safe here as fellow bowlers respect the guidelines.”
“Great Tennis shop. The staff are friendly and always incredibly helpful. They have restrung my daughter’s racquet multiple times. Great price and quick service. They’re incredibly knowledgeable in finding you a perfect racquet and helping you understand your needs. They also helped her get shoes and she loved them. “I had such a great experience at this location! I went in looking to use my Amex credit, and I don’t normally shop at lululemon so I had no idea where to start lol. I went in expecting to pick out various items to try on, but the staff (Tavien) asked how he could help and started helping me find some pieces I might like. Since it was a slower moment in the store, Bella also jumped in to bring me some more items to the fitting room they thought I’d like. They were both super nice and helpful but not in an overbearing way, which I appreciated! They went above and beyond. Alex also helped me with some questions I had about the EBBs. Thank you all so much!”
