“I had the most grueling issue with myself exchanging/returning items and having issues with my cards on Apple Pay and Saniya was so patient even though I internally was super anxious because I felt like I was inconveniencing her and the other customers. She was super awesome and sweet through the process and I just wanna commend her for dealing with me.”
“I want to recognize the incredible honesty and kindness of the employees at Kohl’s in South Austin. I lost my wallet after returning from the airport and originally thought I had left it on the plane or somewhere at the airport. I later realized I had stopped at Kohl’s on the way home — and that’s where my wallet had been lost.
My wallet contained about hundreds of dollars in cash, gift cards, my driver’s license, and all of my credit cards. The employees at Kohl’s not only kept everything completely intact, but they also went through extraordinary efforts to track me down and contact me.
Manager Brandon personally called me from his own phone to let me know they had been trying to find me, and Manager Brian explained that they had safely held onto the wallet while attempting to reach me. In today’s world, this level of honesty, integrity, and compassion is rare and deserves recognition.
These employees are truly honorable people and absolute angels. Their actions turned what could have been a terrible experience into something that restored my faith in people. Kohl’s should be very proud to have individuals like Brandon, Brian, and the rest of this team representing the company.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
“We go to a lot of Ross locations, and similar for business purchases - a week or two ago we were checking out and had an absolutely exceptional interaction with William. He was cheerful, helpful, fast, friendly, and efficient - thanks for brightening our day!”
“Went in looking for some nice shirts to wear, but wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for. Jeremiah, an employee working in the section, helped me find several shirts that were exactly what I was looking for.”
