“The staff here is very nice. The associate that rang me up was named Chris and he was very patient with me. He made sure I was getting the most out of my encore credit card and the sales that the store was offering.”
“The in-store pick up was fairly quick. It took a while for it to load and show me the spot. I had selected some items I was going to purchase at the cash register as well, but the line was so long (10-12 people) I just put everything down and left.”
“I love a bargain, and I sometimes find one at Ross. I find most of my work clothes here. The return policy is good, too. I like checking out several Ross stores in my area.”

“Had a very pleasant experience at this store while shopping for an outfit for work. Marco was incredibly helpful at the cash wrap and demonstrated patience and excellent customer service while I was having issues with my debit card, which eventually I sorted out. I was so pleased and left with a smile on my face. Great customer service!”
