I love their app and deals! Almost all the time they have what I am looking for in stock. Store is always clean. As a fan of this place, maybe add a lounge so we can take a break from all the shopping! No real negatives.”

“A Monster Clubhouse Pkg II is now installed and the fun has begun! A little tedium in the selection and order process was remedied by a highly functional website and patient RPS staff. Installers did a top-notch job and were pleasant with whom to work. The system is stout and safe in its design, a critical selection requirement. Grandchildren are excited! The picnic table underneath is breezy, shaded and pleasant for adults. Pea gravel over landscape fabric under the tower, table and trapeze sections works well. The Huckleberry top is really nice and blends well with surrounding trees adding unanticipated appeal. Five stars across the board. Thanks Eva, for your helpful assistance from start to finish. “We were browsing around at round rock premium outlet mall and entered the PUMA store so my husband could buy some T-shirts. Right before that my 6 year old son had fallen and had a scrape on his hand. When we entered the store Darcie greeted us. As I was talking to my son about needing to stop running so he doesn't fall and get bruises, he turned to Darcie and asked her if she had a bandaid. Darcie quickly went to the back of the store and grabbed bandaid for him. My son was so appreciative as he think every little bruise needs a bandaid. Thank you Darcie, we appreciate you.”

Although the store didn’t have the shoes/size available, Janelle helped us and gave us a few options so that we’d have them asap. “I love Yeti products. I have about 7 Yeti ramblers. most are the 26 ounce. Texas summer heat doesn't stand a chance. My drinks are cold all day. I'm always on the look out for replacement straws. I feel the stores never have them in stock. And possibly the only way to get them is to buy them online. Which I hate doing since I could drive to either location and not pay shipping.”

“This location recently opened and it definitely has that new smell still. We came to check this place out and to also purchase some sports gear. Parking lot is big so you can find parking easily. The store had a good layout where we could locate things easily. Employees were nice and helped us find sizes we needed. Like most stores they have you walk by the snacks and drinks on your way out to check out. Checking out was quick and they offer emailing your receipt to you or printing it out. I will definitely be back to look for more sports related items.”

“We love REI, because they help people get prepared for the outdoors. They have so many things for different types of outdoor activities from biking, to hiking, to camping, to running, and more. They have men and women’s clothing and a very small kid section. This is one of the smaller REI locations I’ve been to, but they have a lot of good products in stock. The shoe selection at this location is smaller than I hoped, but I can always order products and pick them up at this location. The store has a nice layout although a little bit tight and the staff is very knowledgeable. On my most recent trip, they weren’t overly friendly and when I checked out, Jasmine took a very transactional approach and didn’t even say hi. The store was busy, so it could the staff was overwhelmed, although I’m hoping it can be a one time thing and management can highlight the importance of customer service. Still giving a five star because of all the quality outdoor products they sell and the knowledge of the staff.”

“My husband and I purchased our snowboard boots online during black Friday. I even ended up buying 2 styles of boots so I could decide which one I wanted. Shipping was fast and returning the pair I didn't want in store was a breeze. FYI - they also offer free heat molding in store for boots purchased through them. For sure my feet and ankles thanked me during our Christmas snow trip. Bonus find! - my husband found some North Face snowboard pants while I was there. They were cheaper at REI and I randomly asked if they price matched. Expecting a no I was pleasantly surprised when he said they do as long as they can vouch it was a valid competitor. He looked it up on their computer and by golly (lol) it was valid. So overall from ordering online to returns and purchases in store - I give them a double high five for excellent customer service.”

“I found this business on Facebook marketplace. I was wanting a fire pit for my backyard. They advertised a $50 circular pit that caught my eye. Well finally dropped by this Saturday to check them out. I was like a kid in a candy store! They have so much cool steel fabricated pits, chimineas and art work. If you need deer feeders, they have incredible quality ones. We ended up with 32"x32" fire pit, chiminea and cool artwork for F-I-L Christmas present. I'll be back another time soon to get some other Texas artwork. They do custom designs as well. Here's another reason besides great quality products, local business family run, father and son and Veterans! My new favorite Austin store.”
