“I was there to return an online order and Linda, the associate who helped me, was phenomenal. She went above and beyond and was extremely resourceful in figuring out how to return an item that was shipped without the proper barcode. These days, most of my experience with customer service representatives involves them pretty much saying "oh well, that's all I can do" and leave you with an unsolved problem and a bad taste in your mouth for the company. Linda did the absolute complete opposite and it greatly improved my opinion of Kohl's and the customer service they provide. Will 100% be back.”

There are some good value items you can find if you spend some time looking through the very large store. Not everything is in the right location and the line for checkout can get long and slow sometimes.”
