“I have lived near PAI Auto for several years, but have not needed a shop until now. I called them on a Thursday, late afternoon, and spoke with Tony - my rear drivers side window regulator had failed, and the window had plunged all the way down into the door. I was set to go on vacation (long road trip) on Sunday. Ordering the parts and doing it myself would not have been feasible in such a short time frame. He told me that they could get them in by Saturday morning and have the car ready before close on Saturday afternoon. He kept his word. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up same-day on Saturday. LIFESAVER! Thank you Tony and PAI for taking care of a new customer so quickly, and saving my vacation. I will be back for more service in the future.”

“Corey at A-Line Auto Parts was incredibly helpful. I was told both of my brake lights were out, so we first checked the fuses and found one blown fuse. Then Corey removed both taillight housings on the back of my 2002 Toyota Tundra, checked everything over, and got both brake lights working perfectly. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me figure out the problem instead of just selling me parts. “Good work but in an hour they only had 2 wheels done...took almost 2 hours total ( simple 4 wheel tire swap) and then they gave it to me with all 4 tires different air pressure in each. 60, 62, 43, and 80???”
