Patience to deal with my dad, yet he handled the adjustment so smoothly and thoroughly. It really impressed me that he worked with us and another set of customers at the same time, while a 3rd set were waiting their turn ( in between packages being delivered etc.) I wanted this young man to receive some recognition so I asked him his name as we were leaving.
