She did everything to have our phone fully functioning and ready to go when we left the store. While waiting, I observed the other workers who were kind and helpful and patient with older customers, good-humored and patient with challenging customers, and helpful and caring with small children who were tired of waiting. There was a beautiful camaraderie among the workers which reflects positive and effective leadership. Well-done Spectrum, Temple, Texas.”

Patience to deal with my dad, yet he handled the adjustment so smoothly and thoroughly. It really impressed me that he worked with us and another set of customers at the same time, while a 3rd set were waiting their turn ( in between packages being delivered etc.) I wanted this young man to receive some recognition so I asked him his name as we were leaving. Hope the person reading this can give him a raise, because he deserves it!”
