Joel is always super helpful and very knowledgeable. Both Joel and Kylie are extremely nice and they show their passion and care in helping people. Their level of customer care is unmatched and that’s an understatement. The front desk guys and gals always ask pleasantly how my visit was and just have the nicest feelings to be around.
They have a great variety of fish , they always have something that will give you that “woaaahh” or “what the heck is that”. Everyone here is always nice. In my experience, people don’t mind waiting because they are getting what they want along with extra knowledge and questions answered.

608 Hilliard Rd, TempleThey called to reschedule my appointment. I showed up for my rescheduled appointment, a little early, like 5 minutes. I was put in the “cat room”, that smells like it’s name. Waited for over a half hour. No vet showed up to give booster shot. Had to leave for another appointment.
Dr Brown responded to me and apologized for the situation. Just reading her response made me realize this is a great clinic, with caring staff, and that I overreacted to the mishap. This clinic is a long drive from my home, but worth it. My pets are well cared for there and I have been going there for years.

TempleI have to say, I have had the exact opposite experience of the other review. Dr. Katie is a very straightforward person, but she is also insanely knowledgeable and has legitimately saved my horses life THREE TIMES! My mare just will not drink water when she's eating hay and just a few days ago she had a bout with very severe impaction colic. We had her transported to Hayes Equine (they have someone on call to assist with transport) and Dr. Katie kept her for two nights to make sure the impaction fully resolved. She also gave us some tips and tricks to get her to drink more during the winter. My husband usually helps Dr. Katie with whatever needs to be done to our mare, because she can be pretty bad with the vet, and he has never had any issues working with Dr. Katie. When our mare had colic the time before, Dr. Katie actually cancelled her other appointments to make a farm call at our home. If you're looking for someone to spend extra time with YOU, holding your hand and comforting you, Dr. Katie is busy! She is there to help your HORSE. Everyone in the area knows she's the best, so she has to be thorough but quick. The office staff here have always been friendly to us and I feel the prices are more than fair for the service provided. I'm honestly very grateful to Dr. Katie and her staff for saving my beloved senior mare and giving me extra time with her.

My cat's situation was urgent but not critical, so I was not seen immediately but got to see them interact with several more critical cases in a timely and compassionate manner. All charges were clearly stated before any work was done. No surprises. And they called the next day to check on my kitty. Great experience!

You can see she is confident and enjoys her work. I made changes to the extras I wanted and even my check out date and she was so good about both. I walked my girls to their cages and the area was clean and the dogs appeared comfortable. We will use them again.

Posh Paws Pet Resort
10438 TX-36, TempleWe recently brought our dog Cubby to Posh Paws for 2 weeks. We missed him a lot and he was so happy to see us when we returned. But Posh Paws took excellent care of him and we totally recommend them. Sam and Nikki did a wonderful job and Nikki even sent videos every few days of Cubby getting along with the other dogs.
This is our third time using Posh Paws and every time we get Cubby back he's happy and we know he's well taken care of.

First and foremost the bartender Shelby is an amazing bartender/server & very knowledgeable of everything o’Briens related. The atmosphere is very relaxed and right now is the Christmas season so it was very season festive. Now the food…. Let me tell you THE FOOD IS AMAZEBALLS!!! Shepherd pie or really they told me it’s actually called Cottage pie is perfect for the upcoming cold months ahead with ground beef and potatoes flavored to the nines. The pizza was something I did not expect to be as good as it was in an Irish pub but here we are and my tastebuds were just taken on a vacation. Definitely stop by O’Briens for some really good food. I’m not a drinker but have beer and drinks to last a lifetime.

The advice to request a lower spice level than you normally would is good. The servings were very generous and we shared the sautéed green beans. My wife had a enough leftover for another full meal.
