Recently went for the dog wash station and hands down the best one I've seen/used. Easily walk your dog directly into the tub and you have access on three sides to bath them. All the supplies and a dryer made the experience so quick and easy. To top it off I AM always met with a friendly smile!

Both of my cats can be a handful with most groomers, but she has a gift — a calm, confident touch that puts them completely at ease. Every other groomer I've tried has run into issues, but she never has a single complaint, with either of them.
I don't know if it's just her energy or her technique, but my cats genuinely seem comfortable with her, and the results are always flawless. If you have cats who are tricky to groom, she's the one to see.
To the owners: give this woman a raise. She's an incredible asset to your business.

701 East University Avenue, GeorgetownFinally found a vet office where I can talk human-to-human, without a single sales pitch. All the vet techs are warm, informative, and engaging. One also makes house calls with her colleague and provides in-home services, which we have used for our anxious dog. Just the other day, I made a last-minute appointment and was able to get in the same day. My dog had a growth, and the vet and I both sat on the ground with my dog and discussed different options. I highly recommend this practice and have had zero issues, nothing but glowing reviews from this pet family.

Good Water Animal Hospital
6590 Lakewood Drive South, GeorgetownEverything was exceptional! From the very first greeting, the entire staff was friendly and professional. The vet tech took all the time in the world with us and my dog loved her. She answered my 423 questions about meds for heartworm, fleas, and ticks with patience and many options.
The vet was so sweet with my pup, who got nervous. The vet sat on the floor with my dog and gave my dog time to get comfortable. Then she took her time diagnosing the problem. As far as treatment, she didn’t try to throw the entire kitchen sink at my dog‘s ear problem even though I opened the door to it. I was very motivated to find relief for this pup, who is new to me. The vet offered options and gave her suggestion. After some discussion, I followed her suggestion and my pup already has relief.
By following the vet’s suggestion, we did not need to overtreat my pup or overcharge me.
That alone is a different experience than I’ve had in a long time. Speaking of the bill, it was about half of what I was expecting, and it included six months of heartworm, flea, and tick prevention.
I knew there had to be a better veterinary option than the one I was going to I’m so glad I found it! The last three vets I’ve used seemed more interested in having the fanciest office and charging a ton. I’m glad to have found a quality, grounded practice.

The team is kind, loving and I never have any concerns leaving them for any of the services! They even send me pics when I’m missing the pups. 6930 Ranch Rd 2338, GeorgetownWe, my two tiny male dogs and I, are new to the area. I chose Castlerock Pet Hospital due to the website and comments on the reviews. We had an introductory appointment the next day with Dr. House.
I was impressed with the staff, Ray the technician and Dr. House. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, as are the people.
My youngest was set up for neutering in two days. He did great during and after surgery. Excellent patient care all the way around.
I definitely recommend this group.

They were so wonderful to us and caring. I called to see if they could help us and they were really understanding and said we could bring him in or call when we arrived and they could come get him from us in the car since it was probably to emotional for us. When we pulled up I called and someone came out to the car and presented us with cremation box options, it was easy and very nice of them. I will bring my other dog here from now on because of how amazing they are! I highly recommend this vet.

2900 FM971, GeorgetownI have been taking my Belgian Tervuren, Yoho, with Adrienne for the past couple of years. I feel Yoho is in such a great hands with her; I can easily tell when Yoho feels safe. As soon as we get to Adrienne’s place, Yoho is so happy, ready to go inside the air conditioning large boarding area. Her property is in a quite area and has a large open space (2-3 acres) where the dogs by groups, behaviors, and size. Since she is also a trainer, this is super important so dogs who tend to react are separated in its own private area outside. It doesn’t really matter how far I need to drive as long as Yoho is in a safe,loving and secure place…I’m grateful for Adrienne.

The Social Pup
420 Starview Ln, GeorgetownWe had such a great experience with The Social Pup! From the moment she met our pup, Korra, she immediately put her at ease and made her feel comfortable. Korra is usually very nervous around new people and doesn’t warm up easily, so seeing her feel comfortable so quickly was a huge deal for us.
She spent about an hour working with us and Korra, explaining everything as we went and giving us practical tools we can continue using at home. She also introduced us to clicker training and gave us a clicker so we could keep practicing between sessions.
We left the session feeling encouraged and much more confident about how to work with Korra and help her feel more comfortable around people. We’re really looking forward to continuing to work with Leannah and seeing Korra’s progress. Highly recommend. Oh and Korra loved her freeze dried beef liver reward treats!

He sends pictures each day he visits (that are very high quality I'll add) to show me he is there and how happy my cat is. You can just tell that he really cares about the animal and takes time to love on her in my absence. He has also done minor household chores like keeping the plants and moving the trash bins which was a huge help as well. His last service for us was very last minute because a family member had passed away and he made a very emotional situation so much easier just knowing he was here and taking such quality care of my kitty. PJ has had poor experiences in the past with groomers which made her shy away from groomers in the past, however she is always excited to be in this facility and they are always able to give her a bath upon pick up when requested! The price is fair and the staff is efficient. It’s roughly 30 minutes from me but I will continue to board her here as they always do a great job!

The burgers, onion rings and fries were delicious. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The weather was beautiful so we sat outside, enjoyed our food and we were happy we came.

I called and ordered a homemade cake for a birthday with gamer friends, to look like the cake in the game Portal. The guy i talked to was very helpful and thorough. He made sure I knew what they could do and clarified exactly what I wanted.
And it came out perfect. Not only did it look like the in game cake, it was high quality and delicious. Everyone loved it.
They had so many other tasty looking bakery items in there too that i wanted to try. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town.
