“Ours was a difficult service because we were transferring multiple devices from another carrier as well as initiating 5G wireless modem service.
The carrier we were coming from had within probably a day before we arrived at Verizon Russell contracted Starlink to manage their Customer Service. Apparently part of the adjustment between T-MOBILE and Starlink was that all T-MOBILE cell phones in certain areas were defaulted to use Starlink Satellite service for calls instead of T-MOBILE cell towers.
So even though we had an authorized account transfer code, T-MOBILE for some reason locked a device we had paid cash for at T-MOBILE in Houston.
I could go on and on about additional obstacles tuat existed but Kaylyn had a professional response and matching tech resolution to every obstacle pur scenario presented.
We'd never been your store or met the Manager Kaylyn Anthony before this past Saturday but she hit it out of the park for us.
We live in Houston but my mother lives in Atlanta, TX and is on out plan. Mom is pretty tech savvy for someone who will be 80 in December but that's why we wanted to make the switch for 3 of thec4 phones in Texarkana so mom could get her new phone and hopefully have a friendly face to walk her through anything new.
And it went great.
The 4th phone (the last of the 6 children still in our plan) is transferring her phone today in Houston.
Whatever you do for exceptional managers and great employees, please see that you do that for Kaylyn.
I'm an IT director for a global company with headquarters in Houston and I was impressed. BTW ... she was able to assist with multiple other customers as they arrived on site at the Verizon Russel location there. She leveraged Dakota who has also apparently been well trained by her.
