They'll get you in and out quick.
They make sure to have enough staff,
plus they don't drag their feet like union/gov workers.
I live in Flower Mound.
When I was ready to get a mailbox for self employment biz, I wanted a Flower Mound address.
And, the FM store is closer to my house and all the places I shop.
But, I'd already figured out that this place had the best customer service, so that's where I got a box.”

“Liberty Postal Business Center was a lifesaver!! I truly could not recommend them enough. I was super overwhelmed trying to pack and move items for a cross-country move. I went to the store with a carload full of items that needed to be wrapped, packed, and shipped. They took care of everything!
The owner and all staff truly went above and beyond. They all even helped accommodate my travel schedule to ensure I was able to get everything to them that needed to be shipped.
10/10, would absolutely recommend to everyone. I cannot thank the staff enough for how amazing they were in handling everything.”

“This business knows how to deliver customer service! I had an emergency situation happen and left an after hours message.To my surprise I got a call back but I missed the call. The owner left a detailed message with a perfect solution which he explained and had already taken care of without additional cost.

“I just had one of the best experiences at this location. I go to UPS often and it's not every time that someone is extremely busy and has a level of patience, customer service, and the tentativeness that Craig just showed. Hats off to him man. He was the only one in the store and there were about four customers in there. One customer seemed like he had quite a bit going on but Craig was able to not only continue to help that customer, also help the remaining customers that were waiting in line, apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate us for the patience. Just overall awesome customer service and very informative as well. Craig, you're awesome.”

Gabe the Mgr. does a fantastic job training the new employees, who always say hello when people enter the store, and the franchise owner is periodically in the store working hard to make sure things are running smoothly.
