“Went in for an alignment on my E38 and one of the eccentric bolts snapped due to corrosion. Neil and his crew were very up front, came up with a solution and got my car back on the road without any drama. The alignment is perfect and it drives as it should again. “Updated 12/19/25:
This is still the only shop I trust to work on my WRX. They are vastly knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and always fair on pricing, especially for the high quality of their work. They have caught things others have missed on multiple occasions. One time, a different shop had indicated that my rotors were fine, even though my steering wheel would shake during braking. AutoScience found the rotors to be warped. Another time, I had camshaft sensor engine codes that the dealership failed to fix on two attempts. I brought my car to AutoScience, and they knew how to get to the root of the engine codes the first time. Thank you again to this exceptional business.”

“I walked into Just 7 needing an oil change and an inspection. With 2 workers working hard on another vehicle, I was afraid I was in for a long wait. However, Joaquin greeted me at the counter and said he would get started immediately. He took the keys, checked my insurance, pulled my car in, and got to work right away. They offer conventional, synthetic blend, or full synthetic oil. They are a 2020 top-rater service center from Carfax, and I don't believe anything has changed from the service I received today in 2024. Joaquin even added some air to my tires on his own accord.”
“Came in the last hour before they closed, my brakes were acting up and did so almost overnight my brakes start grinding, almost slipping, every time I had to stop I was embarrassed. I felt for my safety and they found the time to help me out. Me finding out I had underlining things going on with my wheel, they fixed me up the GM and employee I first met walking in met me with kindness and concern after I told him what was happening. They made sure I didn't leave without being secure that my vehicle was safe enough to get on the road and not worry, they charged me what they needed and not a penny more. Very Very Grateful to Brakes Plus and their team in Frisco.”

“My Tesla Model 3 was experiencing squealing coming from the front wheels. Since it has 100k miles, I figured it was time for brakes. Bryan, the manager, took the car and said he would take a look. After an hour he called me and said the brakes were just fine, but since I use regeneration to stop, the brakes were likely not being used enough. I was really not expecting that level of honesty and integrity- I left the shop saying I needed new brakes and he could have easily put new pads and I would not have been any the wiser. Instead, he took 10 minutes to give me some ideas on how I can turn off the regen occasionally to keep the rotors and pads clean and free of rust. Will definitely be taking my other gas car there as it WILL need brakes soon.”

“Recently we had issues with our son’s car and took it to Brakes Plus, we are really happy we did. We have an older Kia - it’s hard to know what’s wrong with these older cars and they were patient with us, kind, walk us through 100 percent of our questions over several days and ultimately took care of us for half the original quote. What we thought was wrong, turned out to be not that big of an issue and they saved us a ton of money and time. We have been going here for years, we are lifetime customers. “Went to David’s to repair a coolant leak on 2012 Audi A4. Repair was quick. Cost was a bit steep for repair items likely due to high parts prices and labor. They did provide pictures and a video of the issue which was nice. They could improve a little on the billing reporting and breakdown of parts and services for the technically inclined.”
