“Some of the staff from the Kroger branch located on Kuykendahl/Woodlands Pkwy, which closed several weeks ago, transferred to the Kroger on Cochran's Crossing Plaza. We have shopped here before, and we have found that this location has a clean restroom, a small Starbucks nook to sit down, take a break from shopping, and sip coffee, and buy SB seasonal merch! Cochran's Crossing Shopping Plaza is tucked neatly surrounded by trees with ample parking space.”
“They are the best in business by far! I have used other banks before such as Regions, Wells Fargo, BOA and the customer service and the staff at this bank are in a different level. They make me feel like family, they sure know how to always put customers first and go above and beyond to make a customer happy. I would not change them. Oh and Jamie that works there, o man she is the best everrr. Frost Bank is supporting the local community with a shredding event! They provide water and cookies for guests too! I had two big black trash bags of documents to shred and they helped me out with a smile!”
“After going through a TERRIBLE ordeal with Sunflower bank, I was so surprised to see how easy things could be with Cadence. My grandmother passed away, and I brought my disabled uncle here to get access to his money, close the account, and get some information for my mom who is executor. The whole process took about 30 minutes or so, and JJ was incredibly nice and helpful.
