The installation was seamless and along the way, they continued to ensure we learnt how to use the new system. Excellent service and super craftsmanship. Will certainly be calling them back.”

“We went on a Saturday around lunchtime to upgrade a phone. Of course, it was busy. However, the staff was organized, friendly, and efficient. I had several employees approach me to ask if I needed assistance. If you need assistance with an issue regarding your phone, you will need tk visit the Genius Bar. For the Genius Bar, I highly recommend setting an appointment online in advance. If you are visiting the store to make a purchase, and appointment is not necessary. Overall, for being as busy as it was, it was still a good experience.”
