“This store had nothing organized or any employees on their floor. I understand being understaffed but I walked around for 20 minutes and didn't see a single employee. Although cosmetics/makeup section was clean.”
“They are an extremely difficult store to locate from the outside of The Woodlands Mall. I have been there twice, and both times I parked way too far out of the way to get to the store timely. This evening I walked a total of 2 miles to get to the store, and then to get back to my car, they need more signage on the outside of Woodland's Mall to let people know where the Apple Store is really located. GPS is not good. It tells you to drive around the Woodland Circle Ring. Well, all you do is run around in circles. So they should put some signage on the outside of the building that is closest to the entry to the Apple Store.”
