When I got my turn he was s young man. Very polite. I explained why I was there and he went to work. It took about two hours. But he made sure of what I wanted done and made sure I understood . I thought we worked well together. His knowledge of his work was amazing. It was a long day but was worth it. Thank you Apple for having a good service and knowledgeable pleasant employee's. ?
