“The cleanest ross I've been in! I also found this body oil with clean ingredients for 4.99. There was definitely some unique items and products I don't see in other Ross stores. The wait in the line wasn't long and the cashier was nice!!”

“Mr. Steve Heering has exceptional customer service skills, detailed knowledge of Lazy boy products forwards and backwards and inside out and let my wife and I take our time deciding! We actually purchased and when I got home changed my mind and my wife called back and went in and he was super nice and said to have me come in and take my time checking everything, and that they will refund the full order from previous purchase which was final sale after discounts, because he mentioned a few times to my wife, that he wants to make sure I was Happy!! That speaks volumes!! We did go back but Mr. Heering was off that day so I did not get a chance to thank him personally!! The staff helped us do the exchange because Mr. Heering had already approved it!! We got our first Lazy boy chair and absolutely love it! It is a glider, with rotation and of of course super comfy reclining (Mr. Heering showed us this on the first day we went in, and lots of other chairs and explained everything and no pressure at all, just wants us to have exactly what I was looking for) that I have not seen in other companies!! “My mom passed away in Dec. The chimes on the grandfather clock didn't work and the clock stopped working as well. Called The Clock shop and he came out the same day, took the components of the clock, said he'd let me know in a few days what the problem was, and when he put it back together I was so excited, especially knowing my mom would be happy that it was done too!
