“Mikayla was awesome! She helped me determine how many boxes of tile and grout I needed. She also loaded the cart for me and unloaded the tile into my car! The gentleman at the cashier station was also great! Will be back when we do our bathroom remodel!”

“This review is for both Still Goode’s Home Consignment and Auction House. We are moving from Texas to Florida and on Friday, June 12, Nick, Fernando and Minor from Still Goodes came out to pack, load and haul away about 60 pieces of furniture. Simply put, it was one of the best moving efforts we’ve ever seen. They came in, put covers over their boots to protect the carpet, bought all the wrapping plastics, boxes and tape they needed, and got to work. They were super client focused, great communicators, patient, and extremely hard workers. They never stopped. They were very mindful about not marking the walls, protecting the banisters when they were coming down the steps with large pieces of equipment and very safety focused. On top of all of that, they were all very personable and fun to work with. If you are moving and you have furniture that you don’t want to take with you, please consider Still Goode for either sales in their consignment shop or straight to auction. You can’t go wrong with this team. All in all, a very rewarding and excellent experience. Yes, there are costs associated with this effort, but at the end of the day, it’s better than just putting your furniture pieces out on the curb or just giving them away; there is some money to be made. Overall, engaging with Still Goode is strongly recommended.”

“Hopefully I’m remembering his name correctly, but Michael in the custom framing department was absolutely amazing.
I came in to have an original, one-of-a-kind charcoal portrait of my dog, Pheobe, who recently passed away, custom framed. This portrait means more to me than I could ever put into words, and from the very beginning, Michael treated both the portrait and the situation with so much care and respect.
The first thing I noticed was how incredibly gentle he was while handling the portrait, making sure there was absolutely no risk of damaging it. His attention to detail was incredible. He took the time to explain that because it is an original charcoal piece, placing it in a frame where the artwork sits directly against the glass could potentially cause the charcoal to smudge over time—something I had absolutely no idea about. He then walked me through different options to make sure it would be properly protected and preserved for years to come.
He was also unbelievably patient with me while I changed my mind about the frame choice multiple times. I wanted everything to be absolutely perfect for my baby, and he never once made me feel rushed or like I was being difficult. Instead, he showed me so many different frames, combinations, and options and helped me visualize everything until I felt completely confident that I was choosing exactly what I wanted for my girl.
More than anything, Michael was just incredibly kind and compassionate during what has been an extremely difficult time for me. He was informative through every single step, patient with every question and change of mind, and treated something that is priceless to me with the same level of care that I would.
That kind of genuine compassion and kindness can be hard to come by nowadays, and I truly appreciate Michael for the experience he gave me. Something that may have simply been another framing project to someone else was a memorial to my girl Pheobe, and he treated it like it mattered. I cannot thank him enough.”
“They have a a lot of gorgeous items . But if you look they have some great finds. I found the most beautiful hand painted chair it was marked down for a small defect but still gorgeous. The sweet woman who assisted me was amazing! I did not remember her name but I was there 1/4/2025”

“It was my first time visiting Ashley Furniture. My only issue was the insistent sales person running my credit to get a card even though I advised 3 times I could pay cash. She did so without telling me she was doing it. Once it was ran, I didn't want to go to another place and have a credit inquiry. I dont have an issue with the service or the furniture. Just the issue of almost forcing me to take out more credit. Maybe take that in to consideration next time.”

“I visited the store right at opening time so I can understand the dilemma that I had with them. But the workers were actually still sweeping underneath the racks of clothing and there was piles of dirt and trash around. But I do understand that. I'm pretty sure that the night shift does not usually perform those duties before they leave, but it would have been a better experience if they had done it before. They actually opened the doors because me and my wife came in and the young lady who was sweeping asked us to move out of the way so she could sweep down the aisle that we were perusing the clothing items and I thought that was a little weird. But other than that little hiccup I've never had a problem out of this location and I think they do a fantastic job with their duties”
