“The team at this store are so friendly and really value the customer. Specifically I want to shout out Josh who I later found out was a Manager. He saw me looking like a lost puppy on a back aisle and stopped to talk to me and offer assistance. He was super knowledgeable and discussed various options with me. I asked if a Designer was available and he immediately went to check if anyone was free. Ms. Noelia was free at the time which I was truly thankful for! She helped me pair my options to create a dynamic look! She was really patient and simply kind. That is not always the case nowadays in the world of customer service. “This is my new favorite boutique! The clothes are unique and versatile. The jewelry is so beautiful and a lot of it is handmade by artists! I’ve bought the honest cotton pants in the black, gray, brown and mustard colors and I love them! Besides edgy, they’re so comfortable! Additionally, the vibe here is upbeat with the nice vintage music playing and retro styles as well as modern. The customer service is exceptional as the ladies are always genuinely happy to help every time I come in. Great place! I’m always impressed with the great finds!”

My wife had heard of the very nice consignment store in the area. We were blown away with the quality and design of the French Courtyard. The staff was very helpful and prices were reasonable. “This shop has so many beautiful vintage clothes and accessories. The owner charges $20 if you want to go in and take Instaphotos and I love her all the more for it! Gorgeous antiques as well as newer crafty items and a huge selection of $15 ugly Christmas sweaters. I'm well ahead of the game for our party in December ?The owner was very friendly and I felt the items were very reasonably priced. She even had vintage Lilly Pulitzer!”

“Very nice workers. Stock changes out very often (maybe even every few hours depending on how busy). Clean store and doesn’t feel cramped. I’d say it has a good selection of items ranging from kitchenware to toys to clothing. I’d say this is one of the cheaper thrift stores. I can spend $45 and have an entire car filled with things! Furniture is pretty cheap here too compared to other places! Always fun to see what’s new there!”

It’s a rather large store, so it seems as if they may be either understaffed or have so much to do that. They’re coming on and off the floor at a rate that makes customer service difficult to upkeep. Whenever I do find customer service representatives. They are always kind and helpful, but it is difficult to find them.”
