“Unparalleled customer service is what I've always experienced at this location for the past several years. Fabrizio and the team raise the bar for customer care even higher! 2 weeks ago, on March 21st, Fabrizio helped my girlfriend and I copy ~500 pages of old school notes/handouts which I had stapled into packets of 10-20 pages back when I was a student. Fabrizio is the consumate professional, helping us with courtesy, efficiency, and patience. He formed an assembly line with us removing the rusty old staples, copying each handout, dealing with paper jams, then re-stapling each packet. Obviously, it could have turned into a nightmarish task, but he made it simple and painless. I want to thank Fabrizio and the team for taking such great care of us.”
