The property was always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which made it a really comfortable place to call home. Any maintenance requests I submitted were taken care of quickly and efficiently, and I always felt like the staff genuinely cared. The office team was consistently kind and professional, and I especially want to give a shoutout to the office manager, Tina - she was always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed place to live!”
“I love my apartment and the complex! For one it’s amazing for my kid to run around and have fun without worry, everybody is well aware of kids around the community and keep a lookout! And 2nd as for the staff about as helpful and thoughtful as can be they are human just like me and you and helped me in a time of need so I am truly thankful for this complex and the community they have acquired! “Been living her for almost 3 years. Location/convenience was the first plus. Old town Tomball is a 20 minute walk, and through the neighborhood, so you dont have to walk down the busy road. Theres an awesome 1.5 mile route to walk through neighborhood/school area a couple blocks down.
Floor plan is awesome, lots of windows for naturally lighting and plenty of trees for greenery views. Open floor plan makes even the one bedroom feel huge compared to past places.
Appliances provided are good and if theres any issue, maintenance responds within a day and fixes happen efficiently.
Anita the property manager is so sweet and her staff as well, all very knowledgeable. Anita lives on property and was in the thick of it with us when we lost power after hurricane Beryl, she was always answering tenants questions and always had the latest information on when we may get power back.
Pool is clean and tidy, wish the hot tub worked but the garden tub in the bathroom make up for it in my opinion.
We hope to own a house someday, but we will be sad to leave such a secret gem.”

I was impressed by the exceptional level of service and attention to detail provided by the management and staff.The apartment was clean and beautifully designed. The layout was spacious, with high ceilings and large windows that flooded the space with natural light. The interior finishes were modern and stylish, creating a comfortable yet sophisticated atmosphere.The amenities offered were outstanding. There was a well-equipped fitness center overlooking the pool and waterfall. It is very relaxing and quiet a nice place to tan, swim and read a book. One aspect that stood out to me was the excellent maintenance team. They responded promptly to any issues or concerns I had throughout my stay, ensuring that everything was always in working order. It gave me peace of mind knowing that any problems would be addressed quickly and efficiently.Another highlight was the location of the apartment complex. Situated nearby numerous and conveniently by restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The neighbors are very friendly and quite with no public disturbances. I feel very safe in my apartment complex.Lastly, I must commend the friendly and professional staff who made living in this apartment truly enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests and went above and beyond to create a sense of community among residents through various social events. Overall, my experience living at Cobble Creek Apartments has been a great one in every way possible. From its lovely design and amenities to its prime location and exceptional service, I cannot recommend it highly enough.”
